Placement Experience:
For internships companies start coming from start of your third year and you sit oncampus. Then you go and do your intern in next summers just before 4th year begins. Then you either get ppo from the company you interned or you again sit for placements.

Placement Experience:
The placements are really good. On-campus internships are offered to 2nd and 3rd years and students can sit for job placements 4th year onwards. over 83 companies visited the capus last year including uber etc

- I really like how seniors are helpful and the societies here are so active just because of students here. Different opportunities are being notified to us through different groups and social media.
- There's a sense of security as you can go to computer centre at night and you wouldn't feel men being privileged in safety as it is a women's college.
Dislikes
- Campus size of IGDTUW is small and there's rarely any space for extra things.
- Extra curriculars are not flourishing here for example there's no space for music activities and dance, swimming or other games due to lack of equipments.
Placement Experience:
From 5th semester students are eligible for internships and pre placement offers. IGDTUW is quite famous for its placement records and once it was trending on twitter due to it's recession proof placement. Companies like Microsoft, Atlassian, Google, Goldman Sachs etc visit here and last year 15 students got a package of 85 lpa which was highest package and 20 lpa is average package here. The record says 100 percent placement last year and the linkedin profiles of alumini shows the same. I'm planning to get placed just after the completion of the degree or maybe getting a pre placement offers even before. After getting into a job I will improve, grow and learn.
Placement Experience:
From 3rd year onwards, company will visit for internship, so if company allows or open for summer intern role. sometimes company allows 2nd year student as well in that case also people can sit from 2nd year it's upto campany. So mostly cases student is allowed from 3rd year. Google, Microsoft, ITC, CISCO, AMAZON, Flipkart, SAP ,TATA Motors , TVS motors, Hero, Bajaj, LAM, BARCLEY, WIPRO, DELITTIO, UNITED AIRLINES, and lot more. This yesr highest package offered by LAM 16 LPA. The average is around 7 LPa. 95% will get placed.

- Some of the professors are so bad that they can't explain any thing
- Campus is very small , and the buildings need a lot of repairing

The specific aspects of the curriculum is that influenced me to get course is the placement and course and this college get me ready to face real world . The teacher and student intratction should needed to improve. And there are many opputunities . The difficulty level of exam are easy to medium ..mostly they are easy .

- There is need for more hostel and difficult for day scholars to come so far
- Shared campus with another DU college, so the common ground can be a little crowded

The placement of IGDTUW is quite famous these years as many companies hire from our college. You will mostly see SDE or IT companies coming to college, however few Core companies also visit campus during placement season.

Best placements. College is known for its placement. Mostly every one working in Microsoft,Google , JP Morgan Chase and co.,Morgan Stanley,Bank of New York Mellon. Highest 82lpa this year and 1200 people placed even in recession

My campus placement is so good, IGDTUW is always in the news about its placement. Google, Microsoft, Cisco, etc. companies are visited every year. The average package and highest package depend on the criteria of the companies. Around 90% of students get placement every year.
