Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women (IGDTUW), Delhi, is inviting PhD applications and has released a tentative schedule for the PhD program for the academic year 2025-26. Interested candidates can apply online through the official website of IGDTUW by December 30, 2025.

The IGDTUW offers admission to a PhD program in CSE, IT, Computer Applications, AI & DS, ECE, Electrical Engineering, MAE, Architecture & Planning, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Management. The institute has a total of 123 seats available.

The Research Aptitude Test (RAT) has been scheduled for the PhD program on January 5 & 6, 2026, and the RAT result will be declared on January 10, 2026.

Engineering	With a minimum of 60% marks in M.E./M.Tech. Degree
Sciences	With a minimum of 60% marks in Masters Degree
Computer Applications	With a minimum of 60% marks in MCA
Architecture and Planning	With a minimum of 60% marks in Masters Degree
Management	With a minimum of 60% marks in Masters Degree

The candidates will be selected for the PhD program based on the score obtained in RAT/GATE/NET or a personal interview.
