So I applied only through JAC Delhi, and honestly? I didn’t go too deep into applying everywhere else because I knew my focus was fixed on Delhi colleges. I didn’t want to leave the city, and I was only looking at places like DTU, NSUT, IIIT-D, and of course, IGDTUW. I chose IGDTUW ‘cause I was getting a good branch according to my JEE Main rank, and the placement stats looked strong, especially for girls in tech. Other colleges had higher cutoffs for the same branches and I didn’t want to settle for something random or not-CS related. So this was the best option that clicked. Admission process is all through JAC Delhi counselling. You need a valid JEE Mains score, and the cutoffs are different for Delhi and Outside Delhi categories. CET is compulsory and even JEE Mains rankers between 5-8k rankers are allowed to enter here through central counselling. Admission process was good and rapid too but seats come and go so fast that sometimes, students gets fest of missing out kind of thing. Admission is through a tough counselling and literally one just have some time to think and decide as one chance gone means it's gone. Cut-offs are different every year and one can't predict so all one can do is score their best and try to get the top colleges through entrance and ours is indeed one of the best....Read More
