As a first year PGDM student, i have not experienced placements personally yet. However, the college has shared that it has maintained a 100% placement record, and the seniors i interacted with also spoke positively about the placement process and support provided by placement cell. This gives me confidence about the opportunities ahead. SBS also recently achieved NBA and AIU approval, which is a positive aspect for placements.
As a first year PGDM student, I have had a positive experience with the faculty. The professors are supportive, knowledgeable and encourage active participation in class. The course structure is practical and includes presentations, case studies and group activities. The exam and evaluation system was explained during induction, with a focus on continuous assessment and overall learning.

The faculty members are supportive approachable, and always willing to help whenever students need guidance. They encourage us to participate in discussions, presentations, and case studies, making the classes more interactive and practical. The PGDM curriculum is industry-oriented and focuses on both academics and skills development. Our college follows a Continuous Evaluation (CE) syestem, where assignments, presentations, quizzes, class participation, and semester exams all contribute to the final assesment. The exams are fair and test coneptual understanding rather than just memorization.
I've really enjoyed my campus life at Shanti Business School so far. The campus is clean, peaceful, and has a positive atmosphere that makes it easy to focus on studies. I usually spend some time in library after classes because it's quite and has good collection of books. The college keeps engaged by organizing guest lectures, workshops, club activities, and different events throughout the year. One of the biggest highlight is Bauddhika, an annual fest held around February, where students get to participate in cultural programs, management events, sports, and fun competitions.
The faculty to student ratio is 1:10. All the faculty members are experienced, knowledge and helpful. Teaching styles are different but engaging, making it easier for students to grasp concepts. Exam structure is divided in two parts- one part being continuous evaluation including quizzes, presentation and group projects throughout semester and a final evaluation at the end of semester. The difficulty level is average and th course curriculum is highly industry oriented and relevant to current market conditions. Strong emphasis is given to practical learning rather than only working on theoretical concepts.
The college does conduct multiple fests, industry visits and other engaging activities to lighten up the students from daily stress. It offers a wide range of clubs that students can join according to their interests to explore more. As for infrastructure, college has AC classrooms, a well stocked library, medical room, indoor games room, common rooms for group study, several courts for outdoor games and a big garden. Mess is a little small and gets cluttered easily and hostel rooms are equipped with all the basic facilities but are a little conjested.

They are mentoring session also. There are total 3 CE (Continuous Evalution) of 50 marks and One end term examination of 50 marks. The college follows Semester system.I particularly like professor Niyat shetty sir and Rahul Rathod Sir because of their interactive teaching style and they mix theoretical concepts with real world business Applications.
I receive immense assistance from our career office when it comes to looking for employment oppoprtunities. In the internship opportunities listed for the 2025 summer, i found many options that i can select now. I am keen on gaining practical experience, and thus, i am planning for an internship at Moms Belief. I also liked many community organizations, such as Salaam Bombay Foundation and Kotak Education Foundation. Through these internships, i learned what exactly i should pursue in my future, which is either business psychology ot community mental health.
I am in love with psychology due to its curriculum at JSPC. I never blindly learn from heavy textbooks because the courses make us think. This happen every single day by applying our knowledge into practice when it comes to clinical, social, or cognitive psychology. I even have a chance to relate this to other subjects, such as law or politics, because everything here is extremely related. the workload is pretty challenging, but it definitely helps me to know the reasons for people's behaviour.
as a first-year PGDM student, I haven't experienced the placement process yet, but the college has a dedicated placement cell that conducts training, mock interviews, aptitude sessions, and resume building workshops. Many reputed companies visit the campus for placements in marketing, finance, HR, and operations roles. Students become eligible for placements in the final year after completing their internship. My goal after completing the course is to secure a good marketing role through campus placements and build my career in the corporate sector.
I have not started my internship yet, as I am in the first year of the PGDM program. The college has a dedicated placement and corporate relations team that helps students secure summer internships with reputed companies in marketing, finance, HR, and operations. Before internships, students receive training through workshops, resume-building sessions, aptitude preparation, and mock interviews. These activities help students become industry ready and improve their chances of getting good internship opportunities.
All faculties including chairman, principle, and placement deans are approachable and friendly. They really help people out really well. But yeah if there is good there is bad people too. But one takeaway is that u should know who to approach for what purpose that helps a lot. Staffs i particularly liked are kirubashankar Sir from vlsi department. He took clasess for me like 4 semesters and the best of all staffs. It takes one to like their work and passion for them to teach students that way. Even after getting placed, if i have doubts in subjects, i reach him out, even he is not responsible for that subjects. Other than that i really like a lot of faculty members like our placement deans prasina sathish mam and balamurali sir for their constant support for me.
They have flexi curriculum option, where one can easily choose what to learn by which means either book based theory learning or practical. These curriculum structure really help student to solve real life problems from industry experts whoch is really useful for students. Exams are frequent to know people are actually learning. Classrooms are almost empty, since people decide to learn in labs, so to check to have give exams. Difficulty acc to me is 3.5 of 5.
The fee structure of the PGDM programme at Shanti Business School, SBS Ahmedabad, is clearly defined and designed to provide transparency to students. According to the official fee structure, the total tuition fees for the complete two-year PGDM programme are 7.85 lakh rupees. At the time of admission, students are required to pay an admission fee of 65,000. After which the tuition fees are charged semester-wise. Each semester carries a tuition fee of 1.8 lakh, making the first year tuition fee 3.6 lakh and the second year tuition fee 3.6 lakh. Overall, the fee structure is transparent,t well organised and easy to understand, with fixed tuition fees throughout the programme and no hidden increase in academic charges, allowing students to estimate the total cost of pursuing the PGDM course with confidence.
faculty member at SBS Ahmedabad are friendly, experienced, and highly supportive, encouraging interactive learning through case studies, presentations, and projects. The AI-integrated curriculum is industry- oriented and practical. The evaluation follows a 50:50 pattern, with 50% continuous evaluation (assignments, quizzes, presentations, projects) and 50% end-of-semester examination, promoting consistent learning rather than relying only on final exams.
