Overall happy with the College of art management. Very creative culture, encourages innovation. keeps the students motivated.

I gave The college of art entrance exam, Got shortlisted in top 10 candidates. Chose Bachelor of fine arts because I wanted to pursue art and design.

Our criteria for exams has been changed as previous pattern was that all the students from first to fourth have to give practicals and theoretical exams but now the criteria is that first to third year students have to give theory exams and a submission which includes our art works of every week of whole semester.And fourth year students have to give practicals and theoretical exams together.

No in-campus placement is one of the biggest problem here and not only here all government colleges across India. But off campus the job opportunities are good. And for the worst case scenario you may get a lectureship at your college in the end. But a good respectable degree provided just helps a lot.

Lot of events keep happening in the campus. We celebrate lohri where all of us gather and light a bonfire and play music and dance at the huge basketball ground. then we have the annual college fest along with the exhibition that happens around march. Rest we have induction and convocation ceremonies which are quite extravagant.

Fee structure which is feasible I.e. rs 15800 only .Which is a most relief for all kind of students .As we have to spend more money to buy our painting stuffs so because of feasible fees ,It helping us to spend more money on our stuffs and make an awesome art works every week.

As the fees is very low so i never get into scholarship or loan thing but scholarship is available for the topper of the batch, additionally for below BPL people scholarship is also there.

Campus life is cool & it completely depends on how proactive you are there are inter faculty matches for every game there are lot of cultural program going on in which you can participate.Gender ration is 50-50 which is quite good to see that still we have good the parents who don't believe in only ENGINEERING. Campus is quite good except sanitary. Labs are full with equipment.

The is no hostel facility in the college.There is a girls hostel nearby. 10 minutes walking but nothing from the college. Rooms and facilities are fine. there are PG where students who come from faraway places stay. There are few hostels for working women where they allow college of art students are much subsidized amount.

Yes the college alumni association is very helpful when it comes to helping solve your problem. Or getting future job assignments. Also its fun handing out the the pass outs as they keep handing out at the college even after graduation.

The forms are released around july. The entrance exam is divided into practical and theoretical. The admission process is pretty simple. You have to submit your mark sheet along with the other required documents and you are good to go. There was an aptitude test which was required for the selection criteria. Includes drawing skills and art history. I opt this course as I'm having a keen interest in this field since 2009. And I wanted this college from my school time as my teacher wanted me to go to Delhi and opt this college because of its reputation.

The faculty is good and very qualified. The teachers are very well read and possess good knowledge in art and design. They are quite helpful to the students. The advertising campaigns and the photo finishing assignments we do during the course really help us polish our skills for future work opportunities.
