The environment in the university is really pleasant. Not in the central region of the city so it has a huge area and a lot of greenary

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum is very well planned which does a great job in bringing out the best of the students. They are designed thoughtfully so that it becomes easier of students to decide their future prospects. The exams are moderately tough. If one follows the lectures and attends classes regularly and study with dedication it is very much possible to ace the exams. Although one thing is a bit concerning for the students is the duration of the semesters. Such huge syllabus becomes a bit challenging for the students to cover up inthe time allotted for each semesters. But the teachers do their best to guide the students to excel in the exams

Fees and Financial Aid

Since this is an autonomous state university the tuition fee is relatively very low compared to other universities. This is good as it makes it easier for the financially challenged pupils to get admission and get the best higher education and fulfill their ambition. On top of that their are several scholarships available for the students.

Campus Life

The university has a stunning campus with all kinds of facilities that a student can desire of. Its has to huge hostels for girls and boys with huge accomodation. The campus is quite peaceful and students are very well behaved. The university avoids any kinde of political disputes which is indeed vital for maintaining the peace in the campus

Admission

The admission test that any student have to give is called AUAT. It is a challenging exam indeed due to the moderately challenging questions and the huge number of students appearing for the exam. So the competition is indeed tough. But since its a government University the admission fee and other processing fee is very affordable. The test is held once during may to july

Faculty

The teachers in this institute are highly qualified and are dedicated towards betterment of the students. They are mostly friendly and very much approachable. Though one thing should be pointed out that our department of physics does have a need of more faculty members

Placement Experience:

Actually this is a general degree University , so I must mention that placement facalities are not so good. But yes , Job Fair is organised in University by some external agencies which offer jobs varying 2-2.5 lakhs per annum . But in the university most of the students do not accept that jobs. Half of the students are more interested on the higher studies. So ahet completing the fourth semester they prepare for PhD. And the another half are preparing for central government sponsored exams like CGL, CHSL, RRB, SBI , IBPS, LIC etc. University has a significant number of students who have qualified for Government Competitive exams.

Placement Experience:

Actually Some of the Local Companies & Private banks Offer placements which are averagely worth 250000/-. Some of the Students appear for it , but the Number is Very less. Actually In Present Circumstances , Most students wants a stable Government, Especially Central Gov job . So they Prepare for exams like SSC , SBI , IBPS, LIC , RRB etc.

Placement Experience:

2nd year students are eligible for the campus placement. Sai, Hetero, mendine, dr. Reddys etc companies visities for the campus placement. Offers ranges from 5-12 lpa. 60% students gets placed, 10% goes for higher studies and others get job off campus in my department. Other departments has 100% placement. My plans are pHd from Niper as it provides vast knowledge and instrumental exposure.

Course Curriculum Overview:

My decision to choose this course depended on the fact that this course provides you with the opportunity to get various jobs in the industries with a high lpa. But this college does not help much in that aspect. All I had to do was myself. It is my humble opinion that the institution should improve its guidance in the area of its teaching methods. The exams were twice a year and were quite difficult on their own.
