Remarks

I applied to Calcutta University and Bardhawan University for appearing M.Sc. in Geography. But those universities are running with their old syllabus, that's why I have chosen Adamas University for higher study. I enrolled my name in this University in February 2020. They have their own selection process by admission test, which is called AUAT. after being selected in this examination they called for counseling. After that, the admission process begins.

I completed my B.Sc. in Geography Degree from Calcutta University. For higher study, choose Master's degree. Here have eight faculty members and no. of ten Students in our batch, so that the faculty: student ratio is 0.8.

In our Geography department, students get offered from many GIS companies internships like NATMO, OPSIS, etc. This is a great opportunity for Students' careers. There are actually non-paid internships.

From the 4th Semester, students become eligible for campus placements. Many companies visited the university and students get more than one placement offer. more than 90 percent of students get placement offers.

The cost of Study is very from any other private university. For our job assistance university provides too many industries-oriented courses like Soft skills development courses, aptitude preparation, coding classes, etc.

The name of the annual Fest is Adinova, this is the great experience of student. The university has more than 5 clubs for extracurricular activities like Dance club, recitation club, drama club, photography club, writers club etc. Many programs, ceminar, workshop organise over the year. In the library many books and journals available.

Niper Kolkata: from starting to end

Placement Experience:

2nd year students are eligible for the campus placement. Sai, Hetero, mendine, dr. Reddys etc companies visities for the campus placement. The future job profile for this subject is quite good. That's why I selected this course. The faculty: student ratio is 1:8 The qualification of all the faculties is PhD and their teaching method is very interesting. There is 3 exams (2 internals and 1 semester) in a six month semester. It's neither very easy nor very difficult to pass the exams.
