Remarks

Good aspects- highly diverse batch, approachable professors, good Placement, good hostel facility, curriculum designed with contemporary trends.Bad aspects- too many freshers, campus far from hostel, mess food.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

MBA chosen to gain business expertise. The faculty are too notch. Some of them are hired from IIM A, IIM B , IIM C and XLRI . Boys to girl ratio is 3:1 so ,good gender diversity. The students are from all backgrounds. Even during pandemic, the course was brought smoothly on online platform and exams were conducted on time. Teachers use different aspects to provide a good learning experience to students like projects, assignment, quizes, written exams etc . The focus of teachers were to provide learning than to just pass the exam,so overall there was no difficulty in passing the exams.

Internships Opportunities

3.5

The campus provides placement opportunities to each of its students. Huge number of start-ups turn up for campus summer internship program along with big MNCs. The roles offered are from all domains related to sales, business development, finance, product management, marketing, operations, analytics and HR. Along with this Internship, students are also provided with many live projects during their course running simultaneously. Stipends are also paid for these projects.

Placement Experience

3.5

Fair placement opportunities are provided. A no. of good and reputed recruiters visit the campus. Deloitte, Byzu, Cipla, Amazon, ICICI are a few to name the top notch companies. The students are eligible for summer Placement in their 2nd term. The final placement starts from 5th term. Over 100 companies visit the campus with highest package nearly 25 lakh and an average of 12 lakh. Nearly 100 percent placement is achieved by IIM Amritsar every year. I wish to join a good reputed organization post my MBA degree.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee is a little a high considering the online delivery of course during pandemic. However, scholarship support was provided to every student of around Rs25k. The campus provides good Internship and placement opportunities with average salary around 12lakh.

Campus Life

Placement Experience:

There are a multitude of oppurtunities in placements at CU , you become eligible at around 5-6th Semester ( it varies ) All major companies like amazon , godaddy , Deloitte , Wipro , Microsoft and 1000+ more companies visit the campus resulting into a staggering 8000+ offers recieved by students of the University Highest package in my current session of placement is 41 LPA by Godaddy and average is somewhere around 6-7LPA , there are a multitude of post offered from Software engineer to developer , database management , buisness analyst , data analyst etc Placement percentage is a really variable factor but more than 50% of students surely gets placed for the bare minimum. My personal plans after the degree is to either get a decent paying job or pursue higher education which highly depends on future scenario.

Placement Experience:

There are placements drives being held in the campus but not for the physiotherapy field. But still they do help students to focus on building employability skills through compulsory internships , project works and hospital or clinical tie ups. Many students build strong resumes via internships, research projects, and online certification (Coursera, linkedin),etc. After completing the course I am planning for persuing masters in this field.
