Remarks

It is a renowned college. It has a good faculty and offers good opportunities. It has good societies that help groom us towards the best. Hence I joined the college. Also, specifically it is great for science.

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum is vaste and the science laboratories provide impetus to all the theory we study. The faculty is great. Exposure is good. The societies are a platform to explore oneself and enjoy the strengths we have.

I am from science I have no idea. But the commerce ones give average response about placements. Some companies arrive, but the placement rate is not much. I don't have much to say about it.

College Events

The fest's are above average. The accomodation during fests are like other colleges. The cultural richness of college is good. The college focuses on spiritual growth. It holds a lot of conferences, talks and activities for students.

Campus Life

The library is well updated with latest books. The labs have functioning and good equipments. WiFi works except some days. Sports facilities and ground are in good condition. The canteen serves average food.

Placement Experience:

Placement are good. Companies visited - Bain and co. , mckensey and co. , TATA, Airtel, Qaulcom, Samsung, microsoft, amazon, etc. Almost all tier one companies visited the campus. Overall 4.5/5 in governement engineering college for placments.

My CVS, DU story: Lessons, laughter and unforgettable memories!

Placement Experience:

There's a placement cell and placement drives do happen in college but genuinely the package offered is not really considerable. After the 4th semester students are considered to sit in the placement drives though I would say it is not very efficient and fruitful.

Sgtb khalsa , hidden gem of NC DU

The college is purely based on merit list except for the seat reserved for Sikh minority. However the crowd here is very mindful and cohesive. People you start getting along with will greet you wherever they see you and always up to help u with anything u want/need. The staff is equally active and works for students through students.
