SGTB Khalsa College Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

I will rate 10 out of 7 to this course curriculum because in this course the experiment and lab works is too low as compare to another courses like biomedical science, bsc zoology and many more. But it's ok I'm happy with this course.

The course curriculum was very relevent and comprehensive and it have additions of recent incidents as well . As a student who is willing to prepare for civil services the course was quite good.The course was made to make students aware about the public governance as well as internarional relations.

The placement cell of my college mainly focus om providing better infernship and placement opportunities to the student. The placement sometimes gives a thorough challenge to top colleges like SRCC and Hindu college. In the past year, the average placement was 8 lakhs and highest was 30 lakhs. The highest stipend for internship was 80,000. The average stipend was 15,000

From 5th-6th semester students become eligible for campus placements.Many multinational companies visited in our college big four also visited in our college like ey delloite kpmg pwc. The average package is Sri guru Tegh Bahadur Khalsa College is 400000 rupees and highest package is 25 lacs rupees per annum

Bcom hons is a really famous course these days and lots of students are pursuing it. Our college societies help us to build a nature to work in this competitive environment and face the world. Overall the course is really good.

The students in the fouth semester become eligible for the campus placement. The companies visit quite throughout the year and overall presents an excellent opportunity to the students. The students there are too quite admirable

Given that I'm a fresher I dont have much knowledge about the placement of the college. However during the initial weeks of my college I did see seniors geared up for placement interviews and projects. I also heard that college has average placement package of 5-6 LPA. The max was around 20 LPA. Also one of the alumni was within top 10 ranking of CSE exam conducted by UPSC.

Campus placement is offered at Khalsa. There is a dedicated placement cell that works tirelessly to look for good internship as well as placement opportunities. Recruitment starts from the fifth semester itself which marks the beginning of the third and final year of college. Companies like Earnst and Young and Accenture among others were a part of several others last year. Job profiles for my course ranged from data analytics and maraket analytics to business development to even teaching jobs. Though in these competitive times a lot of students did struggle a lot to land a decent job. There were ample opportunities from not only startups but larger corporations as well. I believe it is utmost important to do meaningful internships to land jobs in this competitive world. Placement opportunities were there but because of lack of proper industry ready training a lot of students could not get jobs.

Everything gonna okay, no need to change anything .. everything is perfect the faculty the exams method the difficulty of exam and the method of teaching.. and overall this I have not specific aspect for doing the course I'm doing this only for graduation becoz I have to go to the banking line..

This course that I'm pursuing right now doesn't really provide you any kind of recognition in college or any other place, but the reason why I chose this course is that, that there's a lot of free time to explore and pursue other courses like foreign language or you can prepare for exams like CAT,GMAT etc. The curriculum doesn't really provide you the opportunity to face the outside world as it's a very language history centric it's more of poetic stuff and poets and it's history. Get you where you want if you won't be pursuing courses other than this solely, it's good you wanna be a writer in any launguage as it's very authouristic program as there's alot knowledge regarding poems and poetic stuff There's nothing that I want them to improve as it's already good for those who want to learn more about Punjabi language and it's history as well as poetic stuff Exams are really easy if you study you can clear them by studying for a single night only, they often take place during December and may or June
