Course Curriculum Overview
Bcom hons is a really famous course these days and lots of students are pursuing it. Our college societies help us to build a nature to work in this competitive environment and face the world. Overall the course is really good.
Fees and Financial Aid
There is no scholarship criteria here and the fee for bcom hons is 30000-31000 for a year. There is a seperate sikh quota for Sikh minority students. Fee for the other students are also same. This is the fee structure for the students under this college.
Campus Life
Overall campus in social and club involvement is great people here in this college are very jolly and friendly and they often arrange various events inside college. On the other hand college infrastructure is not that good and needs an improvement from the start.
Admission
I chose this college over other options primary because of CUET score and the admission process I appeared for the CUET exam and secured an average score which limited my chances of getting into the top tier colleges, however, in the first round of admissions I was allotted this college, which is located in North campus given that north campus colleges generally have better academic exposure, campus, life, and networking opportunities compared to South campus colleges I decided to go with it initially I also tried for the second round of counseling, hoping to secure admission in higher ranked college but unfortunately, I didn't get any other allotment since my CUET score wasn't high enough for the more prestigious colleges I had to settle for this one however I consider myself fortunate because with my score I was more likely to end up in the south campus college thanks to my sikh minority Certificate i was able to secure admission here which worked in my favor
Faculty
Overall faculty members are really cooperative and helpful they really look well after the students of the college. There are various courses offered like bcom hons , bcom program , ba program, punjabi hons and many more famous courses. Students get marks as per the DU marking scheme 90 marks for the written exam of core subjects and 70 on the basis of class performance.
Night Life
Nightlife in and around is very charming there is market nearby which is crowded on the daily basis and it is mostly surrounded by students crowd. Everything is easily accessible here and not very far away from the college. Campus area is really clean and tidy and really organized.
