Thing I disliked about my college is it's infrastructure is old many windows are broken walls are not painted anymore it's need to be renovated

Specific aspects of the curriculum that influenced your decision to choose this course is that I am from commerce background that's why I choose to do bachelor's of commerce - B.COM program and I got this course according to my cuet score. This course gives you practical college as well as theory it gives knowledge about accounting, human resources management and many more which help in real life and career growth. Difficulty level of exams is moderate timing given to complete the exam is 3 hours. Exam is of 90 marks

From 5th-6th semester students become eligible for campus placements.Many multinational companies visited in our college big four also visited in our college like ey delloite kpmg pwc. The average package is Sri guru Tegh Bahadur Khalsa College is 400000 rupees and highest package is 25 lacs rupees per annum

Campus Life

Our college hosts many fests in fact Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Khalsa College is known for its fests like lishkara and many more. There are so many books in our library. Many sports games are also played here like cricket, volleyball etc

Admission

I applied for Sri Ram College of commerce, guru gobind singh college of commerce ,kirori mal college , and many more colleges of Delhi University i didn't get enough marks to get admission in Sri Ram College of commerce and I don't opt for other colleges because currently I am in college which is better than others. Admission process of my college is first u have to clear cuet exam it's cut off was around 740-750 mark out of 800 marks

In the 2023-2024 academic year , Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Khalsa College had a student-to-teacher ratio of approximately 23:1 , with 3656 students and 163 full time teachers. Exams happen twice a year semester wise after 6 months.

Night Life

My college has gym , canteen , library gurudwara, a big ground hostel is also available for girls. Campus timing is different it depends on the course and days. Tom uncle is famous here , vishwavidyalaya is also good for eating food

Placement Experience:

As I am 1st year student i don't know much about it but most probably placement starts in third year. Well known companies reach out to our college for placement. Avg package would be around 6-7 lpa. 80% of our students easily get placed. My plan is to open a business in my upcoming future.

Hands On experience !!

Placement Experience:

Students in my college can go for placements starting from 5th semester . many big companies including big four (4 ) visit the campus .The highest package was 23.5 lpa and median and avg package is 6.5 lpa .Most students who have got placements are 7 cgpa or above . Companies also provide intership opportunities for better placemnets .We also get guidance from resume building ,interviews and preparation .After finishing my degree I aim for placements and afterwards CAT forIIM's .

A beautiful memory

Course Curriculum Overview:

I will rate the daulat ram course 8/10. One of the main reasons i chose this course was that the syllabus felt balanced between theory and practical understanding..but the only drawback is that sometimes it felt a bit more theory based rather than practical exposure , the exam pattern is consistent mid-sem internals and end-sem finals twice a year. Internals are usually manageable, but end-semester exams depend a lot on the teacher marking style.

SRCC- Asia's Best college experience

Placement Experience:

Students of 3rd year are eligible for the same. Mckinsey, BCG, Bain, Blackrock, Meesho etc being the most prestigious recruiters. Highest package varies, but it went around 36 L last year. Avg being around 8 L. I would say most students who apply for placements get placed, however only a few get placed in the top companies. I personally wish to pursue an MBA.

Sgtb khalsa , hidden gem of NC DU

The college is purely based on merit list except for the seat reserved for Sikh minority. However the crowd here is very mindful and cohesive. People you start getting along with will greet you wherever they see you and always up to help u with anything u want/need. The staff is equally active and works for students through students.
