Remarks

All in all i would say my college life and college had been pretty amazing. I’ve learned a lot here and this place helped me gain a lot of confidence in my speaking. This college helped me learn how to face competition in real world. And that’s the most important thing you could learn also i learned how to express myself with confidence without any fear with I’m very thankful for. So i think ive been in the best place

Course Curriculum Overview

5

The curriculum was same as followed in other colleges but they made sure students are actually present in the classes during lecture. A very strict policy was in place for attendance of the students. Min 75% attendance was compulsory. Also the way of teaching was different. The lecturer use to make the content interesting by using different methods like plays, group discussions and presentations so students take initiative of learning which made learning even more fun

Placement Experience

4.5

The college had a society working specially for providing placement to the students. The campus placement provided by college was amazing with great companies coming in for hiring students like KPMG, EY, Deloitte, Amazon etc. Also a special program was done before any student had to go in for interviews so as to make them learn and training them for the interview process. The packages offered are also great as per industry standards

College Events

5

There were n no of events taken place in college. Starting from freshers to farewell, society auditions, society Fest, events organised by society like international conference, college fest. Then there were culture programs taken place during every festivals specially gurupurab. Other than there had been great campaigns taken up by college like blood donation drive etc

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure was as fixed by Delhi University. No extra fees were charged by college. The fees was supposed to be paid directly through delhi university portal to make sure there is no additional charges been taken by any mediator The program fee for an year was 13k(approx) So the fee structure was too inexpensive as per me. Also college had a lot of scholarships program in place to help needy students

Fees and Financial Aid

No I didn’t had any scholarships program opted for So I don’t know anything about it Bt the criteria as far as i know was to submit some specific papers may be

Campus Life

5

The gender ratio was pretty good. There were equal no of females to male in every classroom. The activities that use to happen in college were such that helped students learn like group discussions and quiz. The college being a sikh college promoted culture very well. There were different student association in our college of which one being elected every year through students vote to make sure no single party get extra benefits. The fest organised by the college use to be amazing with great food being provided and amazing stalls were set. They made sure of the Safety of the students by placing guards. Other than that the college had one of the biggest libraries in the delhi university. The computer labs were well kept for students learning.

Alumni/Alumna

The alumni structure is great as they have various groups been formed for the alumni students on whatsapp facebook and google. Details of upcoming programs are generally mailed to the alumnis for there knowledge. Also facebook pages were created to make people know about the events. Regular interaction were their between students and teachers to make such events even better

Admission

The basis of admission was the cut off. As per the given percentage this was the only good college that was available for my course. The reputation has been great. The staff students and ambiance as i already knew was great. The locality in which the college was located was very good. The crowd that this college gathered was very elite class. Their were strict policies for dressing for female students to make sure they don’t have to face harassment. Even there were strict policies against drugs usage, alcohol consumption and smoking. The policies for ragging were also strict and they made sure students follow them. Other than that being a sikh college it really promoted culture and various activities that made us feel closer to our Culture and gave a very warm feel for the students

Faculty

5

The faculty was amazing. They made sure every student equal attention. If the grades of any student use to go down they were given more attention so that he/she could buck up with other students. The teachers had great insight knowledge of the subjects as most of them being phd from great university. They were able to answer with full detailing and many had experience of being a speaker at international university like harward.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculam is well-structured and covers all the core subject relevant to the field . It help in building strong theroritcial knowledge but lacks enough real-world case studies and industry exposure . Exam are conducted regularly and are of moderate difficulty . Adding more project-based or skill oriented components would make the course more practical and beneficial for placements or higher studies .

When students enter 3rd year of their college , they are eligible to sit for placements but should have minimum 8 CGPA .A lot of companiess visit campus , details of companies are on the website of college. The highest placement till now is 20 Lakhs per Annum and average goes around 6-7 Lakhs per Annum. A decent percentage of students get placed. Honestly most students here are pursuing professional courses so they don't sit for placements instead continue with their courses .
