Course Curriculum Overview
The subjects included in the course influenced me to choose this. It includes computer related subjects which helped to do bette in the real world. But it lacks industry related subjects to meet expectations of the company. The exams are held After every 5 months and level is moderate
Internships Opportunities
The intership if moderate not so good. Very few good companies visited for internship. and others are like I don't know them before and not good. The companies which visited for placements provide internships also with roles like sales., marketing, HR, Content writing etc.
Placement Experience
After 4th semester students are eligible for campus placement. The companies visited for the placements are Deloitte , EY etc . More than 30 companies visited. Highest package is 21 lakh for science students and average is 7 lakh. More than 70 percentage students hot placement.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure of Bcom (Hons) in Indraprastha college for women is - in the first year I paid around 27000 and other than college fee I paid exam fee of 800 also. I the second year and Third year I paid 21000 for both. There is no scholarship available during my time. Every student had to pay same amount. My admission fee was 200 for form filling.
Campus Life
There are only few fests held like book fair like. The library is so big where you can avail any book and they give you for 14 days . Not so advance facilities in the classroom. There are only few fans and one normal board. Sports are okay okay type.
Admission
First I took admission In the Vivekananda college but after some time I took admission in Indraprastha college for women because of its placement. I No I never got rejection from other colleges Which I applied for. The admission process includes filling admission form and fees payment
Faculty
The faculty staff of the college is pretty good. They listen to our problems . There is one faculty whom I liked I Rekha mam who taught me computer related courses so well. The faculty I didn't liked is Jaya Christi mam because I never understood her teaching styl After every 5 months semester exams are held
Night Life
The college is in the civil line where there is very few areas for food are present. The timings of the hostel is flexible during days and nights also. Campus closes at 6 o'clock in the evening The is one stall near college for yummy food near college which is famous for bun tikki which I liked much
