I really like our library it has alot of good books and good infrastructure like two floors and a wide variety of books
I like the overall vibe its very green and clean and alot of flowers are there i like the botanical garden too
I really think the fests and events also are very happening makes college life very nice

Dislikes

Theres nothing much to dislike and its really good and i think we are good enough

Course Curriculum Overview

I always wanted to do Bcom hons as a commerce background student and i think SEC and VAC like Python also helps in developing extra skills for overall growth. Also i am doing CA side by side so it is very easy to manage regular college gain skills and focus on my course too. As subject similarities is there

Class Size: 92Course Fees: INR 18741 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees structure is really nice and affordable i paid around 18,000 rupees for 1st year. There are alot of benefits for students with PwD and north eastern students like they get free food. And north eastern students get free fees and even some scholarship for home allowance type

Campus Life

I think the college events are really nice be it annual fest that is sabrang or commerce fest minerva i recently got an internship opportunity at cyfle placement internship fair too. Other than that sports are also really nice and good

Admission

I saw the NIRF ranking as 13 and i knew this will be my pick its great and overall i applied to other colleges but you will end up wherever you are meant to be. Admission process was very easy and admin block is also very helpful and is open all the times

Faculty

The faculty is really nice i love deepak sir hes very nice and professional and teaches in a way that is easily understandable and he made accounts so easy. Overall the other teachers are very nice too they know how to teach in student friendly way. Overall regular tests and presentations take place so its nice

Night Life

There is hauzkhas fort nearby and Mcdonalds and my fav spot third wave coffee too and cafeteria inside college is very good too they have amazing cakes and sandwiche. Love it as it makes college life so happening and nearby GK is also there where we have pizza pasta places

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is very interesting & it teaches you a lot about the entrepreneurship. Specially in the field of commerce it gives you the right information and exposure to the real world. Subjects like Corporate law , business law , Cost accounting and etc teaches you a lot about practicality.

ALL ABOUT MOTILAL NEHRU COLLEGE ( EVENING)

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would say that SEC and VAC, were added by the university to enhance students mind, but these subjects feel more like burden to the students. And also the theoretical and numerics being taught, are not relevant to todays world, as curiculum in the books is not upto date, The assignments pressure.. and sometimes the fear of getting low marks.

MLNCE - Average but Enjoyable

Placement Experience:

The placement in Motilal Nehru College (Evening) is decent and is led mainly by the Placement Cell. Though inactive earlier, the placement cell has become significantly more active recently, bringing in more internship and job opportunities. Students become eligible for placements during 3rd year. In a good placement season, companies like Deloitte, KPMG, PwC, EY come for Audit, Taxation, Risk Advisory, HR jobs. Other companies like DE Shaw & Co, Accenture, Capital IQ also come during job fairs. Earlier, Wipro, TCS, Amazon, Flipkart have also recruited from the college mainly for Sales, Business Development, Operations jobs. Highest on-campus package is ?18.7 LPA and rhe average package is ?3.6-4.5 LPA. Approximately 40% to 50% of students who participate in the process secure placements. My plan is to get into freelancing after college.

My simple college life.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In regard to the relevancy of the course Im quite fond of the subjects such as BL CA AND HRM they give us the better insights for both practical and theoritical knowledge making us ready for the "real" world . As For the improvement i feel like there should be some flexibility in GE so that students can choose a sub as per their choice as Hindi is fixed for me which isnt quite suitable for my course and it just drags my CGP down. The frequency if the exam is okay but the timing I feel like its way too fast just after first sem exam we had classes and all test and felt like it went on a spur

An Unfiltered View of SRCC

Placement Experience:

Placement in SRCC is very amazing, and way beyond the placements of DU colleges. A lot of big big names in Finance, and consulting domain, recruit from campus including McKinsey & Co., Bain & Company, Kearney, Big 4s and all. Highest package is 35+ LPA and Average Package is 10 LPA. I HAVE PLANNED TO complete my ACCA along with a little work experience.

My view regarding my college

Remarks:

Academically you can choose it but if you are looking for some fancy institution with some best infrastructure and fancy canteen I won't suggest you this college. But this college has one of the very best cricket team and one of our student named Mayank dagar is leading Indian National under-19 team. So I think you understand the impact.

Life in college so far

I applied to the entire delhi university and got this college in my first preference and overall I was satisfied with the same because of the nirf ranking of the college. Also, I heard a lot about the faculty from some of my cousins who have been an alumni of this college that the faculty is way too good. The admission process revolves around first clearing the cuet(ug) exam and then applying to the delhi university, then there will be 2-3 rounds of Delhi university and you'll be alloted a college as per your preferences and score and cut offs...Read More
