- The scholarship also grants to good students, their placement training and assistance are brilliant, and our college is always ranked in the highest placement ratio.
- Our college gives a huge opportunity to each and every student to get placed in the reputed company and they can a get a good idea of how the interview done
- Teachers are really helpful and are passionate about their subject and motivate us to make changes in the learning experience .they provide helpful meaningful notes for students to prepare for exam.they do listen to students suggestions while teaching.

- College canteen is not so good. the food they provide its not good
- The average package is very low . last placements were not so good .
- Hostels are not good there..students prefer more for pg and own flat,as hostels also don't have good mess as there foods are not good.

- Discipline and faculty is very nice over here..
- The labs are good enough - well equipped, ventilated and good way of teaching.
- The placement cell does an amazing job and hardworking

- The distance from my place. As it is in action area 3 beside karigari bhavan it is hectic to go daily
- The minimum attendance criteria is 75% otherwise they won't let you sit for exams

From 5th semester students are eligible for placement.
Many companies like wipro,tcs, Capgemini, flipkart,and many more come for placement.
Highest of our year is around 15 lpa and avg is 3lpa.
Around 75% students can get placement easily amid this crisis which is actually a good deal.

- The labs are more or less competent and provide the required necessities of a student's requirements.
- The Ai and machine learning course seems to be competent to the current market.
- Their are teachers who are definitely experts in their field and have sensible knowledge about their respective subjects.

- The infrastructure is poorly maintained fir example the lack of good quality classroom furniture.
- The majority of the faculty lacks english speaking skills and mostly communicate in bengali a very biased sort of environment.
- The curriculum is very school like and lacks flexibility.
Course Curriculum Overview:
The course which was appointed to me was ai and ml which is quite the relevant topic for today's world. Although for the past one and a half year we have been taught nothing in that regard. So i suppose a start would be welcoming. The exams take place in a very unorderly fashion as the end sems take place right after the second term providing us with no time for preparation.

The placement is very good here almost 90% of the students get placed some of them get good packages like 55 lakh per annum and the avg package is 6-8 lakh per annum. also many got above 10 lakh package this yr

- I liked the environment and enthusiasm of the professors to teach the students
- The library is good and has a lot of options for variety of books.
- Comparative to other private colleges in West Bengal, IEM has better placement opportunities
Dislikes
- Too much pressure is given to students which make the study schedule worse
- In time period of 6 months more then 4 months goes into exams hence completing the syllabus becomes very tough
- Certain professors are very rude and too much entitled. Not all tough.
Placement Experience:
The placement of our campus is mid. Before entering the college their will be a lot of myth and the placements will be more glorified. But overall it's average. A lot of students recieve package above 50 lakhs but those are mostly gained off campus. On campus placements vary from 5 to 8 lakhs per annum.

- Our college privide so many opportunities in all fields like painting competitions, poster presentation competitions and so on. Also it has advance labs and good curriculum.
- Most of our faculty members are friendly and provide us good knowledge from the basics. There's no ragging or anything in the college as well
- The male to female ratio is 3:1 approx and every student is same in the faculties eyes.
Dislikes
- Campus is small and we don't have any playing ground.
- Classroom doesn't have any AC and smart boards.
- There are very frequent exams like mid term 1 mid term 2 sessional practical semester almost exams in every month it's hectic.
Placement Experience:
Placement cell of our college is very good we've Essential studies for professionals and Skill development programe thoughout our whole college year. This helps us to crack various test that companies take.
More than 70% students places every year.
This year the highest placement goes like 72 LPA and many students get their dream job.

- the college premises is very good. As because our college guard is always take a in the gate as well as behind of the college also.

I would like to say that I choose the field which I like so on that prefference if I see then I would like to give 10/10 . And the other thing is students should aware about the stream which they are taking as there are many subjects in these streams .

- Anti ragging environment in college campus all students and seniors are friendly.
- Exposure to many hackathons and extra curricular activities like eutopia fest and estacia a literature fest

- College placement is not so up to mark as shown in the Boucher
- College campus is not too small and doesn't have sports ground.
Placement Experience:
Placement is not so good. Students mostly prefer off campus but college conduct on campus placement with average package of 400000 per annum but it is highly competitive because number of placement offers are lower than the students apply. College also charges some amount for internship preparation. They show highest package of 72 lpa but it is from uem jaipur not uem kolkata.

- The Faculties are good, friendly and quite qualified
- No ragging at all. Every student is friendly and have a good nature towards other

- The infrastructure is not at all enjoyable
- Wearing uniform everyday is kind of a hectic thing
Placement Experience:
Students are eligible for campus placement from the 4th year that is the 7th sem
Our campus is visited by companies such as TCS, HCL, INFOSYS, COGNIZANT ETC.
80% of the students gets placed every year
For myself, I will try to grab an opportunity for myself in the 4th semester. And I m opting for off campus placement because the on campus does not provide that much of an amount for my employment

UEM Kolkata has been the highlight of negative views lately and here are the reasons:
- It is fairly new and hasn’t reached any milestone yet which makes it unreliable according to the standards set in society. People don’t trust newly established private universities.
- The entrance exam of UEM Kolkata is very easy and people pass it without any problem.
- UEM Kolkata is new and therefore has no accomplishments and therefore uses the records of UEM Jaipur which makes parents skeptical.
- The Institute has a very strict environment and therefore comes in the way of students who want to enjoy their college life. These students somehow convince their parents that the Institute is not good for them.
- UEM Kolkata had issues with UGC(University Grants Commission) and is not recognized by the government and therefore it creates doubts about the degree among students.
These are some of the reasons why some students will be skeptical about joining UEM Kolkata. Talk to the students presently studying there as they can only provide you with the exact information. Try visiting the institute beforehand and decide for yourself.
