UEM through my lens

Our course provide us various things from basics for an example python and AIML we've it from the 1st semester. We also have yoga and french so it's really good that we've variety of classes and we don't get bored in the college. There's lab classes daily and the lab classes are fun too. Our college timing is 9:30 A.M. to 4:10 P.M every clases are 50 minutes and labs are 1 hr 40 minutes. Course and faculty is very good provide us basic to advance knowledge of everything.

Our college provide us internship in wipro , Tcs , infrotech and so many more after every semester most of the internship are paid and some of them are non paid. Although it's provided from our college it's really good and we have opportunities. There are little bit project of data analysis and sometime some works like Data entry.

Placement cell of our college is very good we've Essential studies for professionals and Skill development programe thoughout our whole college year. This helps us to crack various test that companies take. More than 70% students places every year. This year the highest placement goes like 72 LPA and many students get their dream job.

At admission you'll have ti pay 1 lakh 20 thousand for 1st semester and 95k rest all semester. Hostel fees 1.5lakh per year Books 8000 Rupees Dress 6000 Rupees Medical test 1000 Rupees 1200 Rupees fees for semester exam Through SVMCM scholarship you'll get 60000 Rupees per year

Overall apart from a big campus my college life is really well. The students are well behaved and there's no ragging. There are so many opportunities we get like Biospectrum international conference and so many other conferences. Many competitions are held also like painting , Poster presentation , Hackathon and so on. There are so many clubs like Drama , Singing , Dancing , Astronomy , Painting ,Writing ,Sports and so on. In our library we've variety of books including story books also there's a separate section where there's 100 computers it's called digital study area you can access it anytime.

I chose this college because among every private college in west bengal it's the best for it's faculty, placement, curriculum. For an example most of our faculty members are PHD holders and IIT graduates that's really helpful and they can teach in depth also. The lectures are very interesting fot that reason. In my stream CST we've software development and it's awesome I'm a tech freak and I love to learn. For admission in this college you can apply after your boards results or you can join it via wbjee counselling but make sure to maintain under 15k rank to get into good branch.

Faculty members are friendly and good some of them doesn't know how to behave like if we are in a lift they'll say to get out of that lift so that they can get in why they can't wait why we have to leave we've classes also. Our chemistry faculty doesn't know how to handle the whole class he can teach us well but can't handle the class. There's so many exams last semester we've like 50 exams and we don't have enough time to prepare for it. Although our most of the faculties are helpful but we've to study on our own.

No I've not got taken any interview it's based on the rank of wbjee and after wbjee counselling I got alloted to UEM in the branch Computer Science and Technology. You can also get admission via 12th result more than 75% , Iemcrp exam and through wbjee.

The night life around our college is good as well there's rosedale plaza where we all hangout. There's Dominos , KFC , Smart bazar and near our college there's downtown mall. So many street food venders are there as well. So it's quite awesome that we can have fun and eat whatever we like and hangout with our friends.
