Discipline and faculty is very nice over here..
The labs are good enough - well equipped, ventilated and good way of teaching.
The placement cell does an amazing job and hardworking

Dislikes

The distance from my place. As it is in action area 3 beside karigari bhavan it is hectic to go daily
The minimum attendance criteria is 75% otherwise they won't let you sit for exams

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is similar to other engineering colleges. There are projects each semester along with innovation cell and a good amount of space for creativity and growth of the individual..also there are fests hosted..

Internships Opportunities

I don't remember the names of companies but students are encouraged for it and also provided some by the faculties..i didn't get any tho and thus little disappointed but few of my friends got and they're now placed at Amazon.

Placement Experience

From 5th semester students are eligible for placement. Many companies like wipro,tcs, Capgemini, flipkart,and many more come for placement. Highest of our year is around 15 lpa and avg is 3lpa. Around 75% students can get placement easily amid this crisis which is actually a good deal.

Fees and Financial Aid

The yearly fees as of now is 90000 per semester that means 1.8lac per year...My fees is 70000 per semester as I'm from 2021 batch. Everything is covered under this fees..no hidden charges.. There are a few scholarships available if from wb board or cbse board only and also waiver if belong to a certain category of income.

Campus Life

The faculty is great. Annual fests are technical fest, a cultural fest and many clubs hosting their own fests are there...also MUN are organised in our college and many more opportunities are there..co curriculars are hosted every now and then.. there is also a annual sports day which is amazing..also cricket and football tournaments are hosted which is among the best in Kolkata colleges.

Admission

I chose this college instead of others because I think techno India is more of a fun college with no discipline among students and also here the placements are better i think if you study hard you would surely get 2 packages..so best of luck..

Faculty

8 semsters..per semester 2 midterms and 1 semsters..the teachers are very helpful and thus overall experience is great. Also the canteen and food is nice .. teaching and papers set by teachers is quite standard and practice nicely for good marks.. nothing is for free

Night Life

There's a cafeteria..our hostel is not near campus so no night life... college is open till 6pm where students can enjoy the library facilities.. also hangout places inside the college is none as of now as we are not allowed to go outside during break except when the college gets over

GOOD College at low fees.

Placement Experience:

Placement of my college are quite good with a avg package of 6 to 7 lpa and higest package of 45 lpa and this year the higest package is 75 lpa. The companies visited in my college are infosys, Capgemini,tcs,wipro, Mindtree,IBM, sometimes amazon also.The placement rate of the college is 85 to 95%.

Placement Experience:

Eligibility for placement is from 3rd year,with tier 1 companies visiting like Google, Amazon along with mass requiters like TCS, Capgemini, Wipro etc.Last year heights placement package was 72LPA offered to 15 students and average was 2-3 LPA.

Okay college and decent placement

Placement Experience:

The campus placement is same as all low 3 tier colleges which is nearly 4-5 lpa average salary given by mass recuitor companies .The companies are infosys , ltimindtree , accenture , ibm , capgemini , cognigent , etc .The placement rate is nearly 60 to 70 percent.

The students become eligible for campus placements from third year that is after 5th semester. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant and IBM are amongst the mass hirers. Almosy 80 percent of the students get placed every year and the top 10 percent of the students receive high paying job offers. If you come to this college this college is good the teachers are friendly and you will get the campus from the college if you study hard.

You can take admission in UEM Kolkata through IEMJEE Entrance Test or Direct Admission by giving 10,000/-. College review

Provide decent jobs to most students. Faculties are helpful and teach well. You can issue 3 books at a time from the library once your library card is made. Classes are held to enhance your communication skills. A lot of items in the canteen and cafeteria. No ragging. There is no ground to play. Very strict rules, has a lot of restrictions. Most students call it a jail, cause you cannot bunk classes. But believe me, it will shape you into a good human being and you will also get placed if you put your effort.
