When I went to study at IEM in 2012 with B.C.A. the fees were Rs. 50,000 per semester for four semesters going up to Rs. 2,00,000 for the entire course. I am not aware that the fee structure was different for people with different backgrounds, me being from the General stream.
Scholarships were available for meritorious students, and also they were need based. For details regarding this one can directly contact the administration office of IEM, situated in Sector V, Salt Lake City, West Bengal.

The detailed fee structure for BCA course per semester is ?60,000 which means in total ?3,60,000 for 6 semesters ( for my admission batch).
Scholarships and financial aids are available for students. Students have to register for the scholarship program after that an interview is taken by the board members. If you clear the interview round you are now eligible for the scholarship test after that according to your test results you get the scholarship.
Right now the fees of this course is increased to 70,000 INR for current batch.

First year we need to pay ?70,000 as semester fees which include ?60,000 semester fees and ?10,000 as admission fee which is non refundable money. That very semester that is the 1st semester we need to pay ?1200 as examination fee and ?500 as University Registration Fees. From 2nd semester we need to pay ?60,000 as semester fees which continues till 8th semester. We also need to pay ?1200 as Examination fee from 2nd semester till 8th semester. We need to pay the fees within 10th of July and January of the year otherwise we are fined with ?50 for every calender day after the last date depositing the fees. This is the fees structure for BCA which is of 4 years.

I studied BCA from IEM, Kolkata. The fees structure was like 55k per semester. During admission I paid 62K as admission(7k) + 1st sem fee(55k). Then registration amount was RS 1250. We had 6 semesters so the total course fees sums up to 3 Lakhs 30 thousands rupees. Apart from these, we had to pay Rs 1200 every semester for the semester-final exams. 6k was to be paid for the uniform, bag, belt, tie, blazer. Then for the labs, we had to buy Lab files (channel files) which were sold in college itself costing Rs 20 for channel file + Rs 1 for each page. So that sums up to approximately Rs 140 for channel file + the no of pages bought during whole course. The fee structure was same for everybody.
