My college review

The specific aspects for me choosing this course was I have interest in computer science but I didn't have enough rank to get a btech in cse from a good college so instead of doing engineering from a medicor college I choose to study degree in Computer applications This curriculum has a vast range in which student can learn and apply in real-world.You can learn web development, web designing, Digital marketing, freelancing, Ethical hacking and many more stuffs like these which is trending in current market. Areas of improvement should be like more advancements in the technology and quick updatation of teaching methods.

The detailed fee structure for BCA course per semester is ?60,000 which means in total ?3,60,000 for 6 semesters ( for my admission batch). Scholarships and financial aids are available for students. Students have to register for the scholarship program after that an interview is taken by the board members. If you clear the interview round you are now eligible for the scholarship test after that according to your test results you get the scholarship. Right now the fees of this course is increased to 70,000 INR for current batch.

We have 5 to 7 total annual and technical festivals like Ureckon, freshers, escastia, etc. There's a wide range of books and journals of various departments. Wifi and computer and personal computers access is provided to every student there are various students club like robotics club, dance club, basketball club, cricket club, theatre club , etc

This is an autonomous college, Placement here is good and also I had some quite impressive reviews about this college. For the admission process, you have to contact to the admission cell department of our college. Then make a visit and fill up the forms. Students should have more than 60% in their 10th and 12th exams. Exams that are accepted for this course is IEMJEE,WBJEE but not necessarily you don't have to give exams for admission in this course.

The faculty to student ratio is kind of lesser but the quality provided is good. The faculty to student relationship depends on students and their interactions and interests in that part subjects. I cannot say the names of the faculty but there were some faculties whose teaching method was way worse and they were not helpful at all instead they try to put blame on the students only . There are 2 mid terms and final lab practical exams and semester exam in one semester.Mid terms are of 30 marks. This course is open to all those students who have interest in learning about computer science, coding, software development, etc. Student from any background can apply for this course. It is not necessary to have a Science background to study in this course.
