- Very good faculty and they are very helpful and very knowledgeable
- You will get lots of opportunities for scholarships ( government as well as private scholarships).
- Placement and intership are pretty good like iits or better than some iits and nits
Dislikes
- Ya faculties are well qualified upto the degrees of phd and post docatarate but in terms of teaching they are not very good i say.they just come in class with ppts and start whispering and no one listens actually
- There are some who teach good, but don't support students.
- Some faculty isnt well versed in their subjects or simply dont know how to teach

- I liked the kind of education, the professor here are highly qualified,
- It listed in top 10 best Engineering colleges in India
- It is well reputed , placements are 100 percentage and i also like the overall infrastructure of it, it looks like Hogwarts the school of magic

- Fellow students can be arrogant sometimes
- Some professor here are biased as they might treat student differently
- As the college is too big someone might get lost
Placement Experience:
The placements offered by COEP are simply great. The percentage of placements in overall department is from 72 to 100% . The student are eligible as they get in 2nd year . The companies that visited are wipro , infosys, mircosoft and core companies like tata motors, mahindra, Bajaj auto , emerson, asian paint , bosch. Bajaj even has there school of automobile openned in COEP. Highest package is 87 LPAand the average package is 12 LPA. You only need skills to crack the interview percentage does matter in some height the minimum percentage required is 65-70 . As COEP offers best placements I planned on getting campus placement as well

- Instrumentation and control engineering is not chill, it was true if you would have asked me ~8 year ago then probably I would said that it is a very chill branch but it is not.
- If you pick instrumentation and control engineering branch then you have to face a subject called signals and systems which is very tough. More than half student from senior batches still not cleared this subject
- Competition will be very have if you choose this branch

Highest can be upto 20-30 lpa and the average package is upto 10-15 lpa
Instrumentation and control engineering is the only brand in coep which get 100% placement because number of students is low and their are many industries that requires instrumentation engineer

- Academics are great with lots club to develop skills and interests

- Timetable was a bit hectic for the first two years
- Less time between exams and quizes for first year
- Difficult to manage extracurricular and academic

From final year and 7th semester placement starts around 121 companies visit each year for placement.
This year's highest package was 87lakhsper year and a average is 12lakhs per year.
Placement is decent if you are in electronics and computer science branch.

The end of fourth year, the college provided the placements
so I don't know the company's name, but some names like Amazon IBM that I know
so in my branch, the minimum package is about four lakh and the maximum package is of 12,00,000 but last last year, the packages of mechanical engineering was 35,00,000 minimum and 45,00,000 maximum
my plan after getting the degree is to be get a well job, which I deserve

I am already interested in electronic sector and I used to like electronics decided to take ENTC engineering and one of the main reason for choosing ENTC was the next semicon sector in India
I don't think so I don't think so there is any improvement method but other thing is that we are not biology and geography so I would suggest the college to remove these use the subjects for engineering

- The campus is lush green spread over an area of 45acres as per the college report and also is situated in the heart of pune city
- Best connection in city like Bus stops avaiable at the hostel with excellent metro connectivity
- The college has in total 54 clubs including many fest like Startup Fest,Cultural fest and also Technical Fest
Dislikes
- There are only few things that is dislike about the college mainly that the Computer and AI students don't have a big separate department

After the third year endsem the placements process starts
u should get the all the 160 credits to get the degree and eligible for the placements
the college have a nice placement rate in total it has 82% placement overall
for cse it is 88% and for instrumentation it is 100%
average package overall for E side is staring form 10LPA and for cse it is 17LPA last yr
for M side it is around 7LPA to 13LPA

- The campus is quite good and enormous, especially particular departmental buildings are good too.
- The clubs at college helps me grow my knowledge and develope myself.
- The food at the canteen and mess is quite good and you get plenty of options.
Dislikes
- There are some teaching staff members which make you regret joining COEP for some reason

I don't have much idea of placement but as far as i know the on campus placements are pretty decent, average is not too high and not too low it's just fine but if u want to land a good placement you need to develope the skills and properly learn, understand and know how to apply, whatever ur course basically means

- The infrastructure is very good ,and you can feel there is something in this uni that makes it top university of Maharashtra gov,the nature is very good ,the security is very tight so there will be no safety issue for students , there are 2 canteens
- There are well equipped labs ,and well maintained devices in the labs the lab practical are very good as we can use all the materials as per given instructions the space is also very sufficient ,now talking about the classrooms there 3 to 4 type
- There are 3to 4 type of classroom as per strength and need of class, the placements of clg are very good for core branch also the connection of clg to brands and companies are very large and it make clg avg package higher than any NIT clg avg packag
Dislikes
- The time management of lectures ar little bit late and hostel seats are less so have to adjust in private pg ,students of pcmc and PMC area will not get hostel seats they have to travel thereself no clg bus will be provided
- They don't have cctv cameras in classroom so any other student can make noise they don't give attention,the 75% criteria is compulsory 😂

From 6 th sem students become eligible for placement
There are so many companies that visit for placement for example ,Bajaj , Mercedes Benz ,Amazon , Flipkart,phonepay,Ford, and much more this company offer more than 9 lakh packages
The highest package for last year is 52 lakh and avg package is 10 lakh
80 % student gets placement
I want to make carrier in mechanical design and graphic so I will try my best

Specific aspects of the curriculum tham influenced me were the course that I am studying is not available in all the colleges of India very few colleges offer these course and mine course is having high demand in the market for now . Curriculum prepares us well like they prepare us for every thing that we need ahead while working as a professional.

COEP Pune is a reputed technological institute and offers decent academics and placement opportunities to the students. As far as teaching goes, you can expect to have 50-50 experience. Some of the faculties are excellent and have in-depth knowledge about their subjects, while others are not so much. COEP has a good infrastructure. The departmental labs are well-equipped.
The institute has a good placement record. The highlights of recent COEP placements show the median CTC to be around INR 5 LPA. VISA, eBay, Barclays, Oracle, etc. are among the major recruiters to visit the campus placement.
COEP’s Techfest - Mindspark is the largest techfest in Maharashtra after IITB’s techfest.
