CSE, E & TC Engineering, and Electrical Engineering branches secured the highest placement package of INR 52.57 LPA.
The CSE branch secured the highest average placement package of INR 17.31 LPA as well.

COEP - Another Life for College

Placement Experience:

The placments are overall moderately good especially if you are from electrical branches including Electrical , Electronics, Computer, and Instrumentation Engineering and Mechanical Engineering. From third year onwards internship season starts where companies visits our campus and students need to go through online tests and series of interviews for each companies to get offer where the students selected for offer need to attend the internship after the end of third year in may and june when college have holidays. Similarly Based on performance the interns may get full time offer as well. Full Time Placement starts in final year and the process is exactly same where the interviews are mostly online and the students placed gets the offer letter. Almost 90 - 95% of the students especially of above branches gets placed.

Placements of college are really good, top branches have good placements like cse has avg package of 17.5lpa. few people also get placed in 3rd year. College hai around 85% placement which is really good. I would probably go for placement.

From 7th semester all are eligible for placement.And for Internship Third year students are eligible. Famous companies like Wells Fargo, Tata motors, schlumberger, Bajaj electricals, Godrej properties, Reliance industries,De shaw. Highest package is 52lpa and average package is 7lpa. In electrical engineering previous batch 94% students are placed. I will try for placement

Placement Experience:

The placements offered by COEP are simply great. The percentage of placements in overall department is from 72 to 100% . The student are eligible as they get in 2nd year . The companies that visited are wipro , infosys, mircosoft and core companies like tata motors, mahindra, Bajaj auto , emerson, asian paint , bosch. Bajaj even has there school of automobile openned in COEP. Highest package is 87 LPAand the average package is 12 LPA. You only need skills to crack the interview percentage does matter in some height the minimum percentage required is 65-70 . As COEP offers best placements I planned on getting campus placement as well

As per placement stats of the college in 2023, the placement percentage was around 67% with around 832 students getting placed with an average package of INR 7 lpa.

Yes, the Training & Placement cell at COEP Pune does conduct OAT(online assessment tests), GDs and mock interviews to train students for placements with respect to the current placement scenario. They also provide you feedback as well course materials for all the sectors.

Yes, you can get admission in lateral entry at COEP. The eligibility criteria are you must have a diploma in engineering with a minimum of 50% maths. Admission can be done through merit or entrance exam. Check admission process.
