The festivals like ganpati, diwali, navratri, onam, are celebrated in the college very enthusiasticly..
The class is further divided in 2 parts having 2 menotrs each and they ar constantly trying to impart the students and making the class strength good so that the batch excels and their reputations is increased.
The hostel and the facilities provided are better than other hostels

Dislikes

First year does not get hostel and for second and third year seats are very limited
Exams can be a little difficult, but not as much
The infrastructure is a little old, but they are developing it

Remarks:

Since you didn't get the hostel in the first year so the expenses for living will be very high as sky touching. The pg will take upto 13000per month for six sharing plus deposits and other charges. So i suggest you to take flat in sharing. Also for the night you have to arrange your dinner from yourself and morning breakfast also. Because college is going to provide you only the lunch

I had the time of my life

Remarks:

College is fantastic, people are not. Faculty is awesome, students are not. The management should be improved. Hostel life will be one hell of a ride for you. I'd say don't think twice before selecting IHM Mumbai as your college. It'll give you lots and lots of memories and will teach you about life which will be a lesson forever.

Remarks:

It was then ranked second best government hotel management college in India, the first was IHM Delhi. Despite the fact that I was offered Delhi I choose Mumbai due to Geographical Advantage and the diversity.

Our college tries to make sure that each of the field that are there In a hotel should be taught to student.we are taught housekeeping, front office, food production, bakery, food and drinks service,computer.then we have subject like nutrition, hotel engineering, accounts etc.

Remarks:

This is the best college one can find in india for hotel management. Ihm mumbai have always provided the best to the industry. You can easily find in any hotel that the top most positions are mostly occupied by the Ihm Mumbai students.The student learn so much is such an interactive and fun manner that hospitality become passion for them.

Great College for Career

Admission:

I gave the All India NCHM JEE in 2017 Feb and got an AIR of 614. I got selected in the second round of the admission process. I joined on July 17th after completing all the formalities in the month of May-June.

Best HM college in India

Remarks:

The only one negative that i see in my college is that the first years dont get hostels here. They have to live either on pg or in rentals. But dont worry you will get to know many pg's and hostels, when tou come for the admission.
