Yes, after completing a diploma at IHM Bangalore, students get strong placement support from the institute’s Training & Placement Cell. Recruiters from top hotels, hospitality brands, food retailers, and QSR firms visit campus, and many students receive job offers (management trainee & entry-level) with average packages around INR 3-4 LPA and highest up to INR 8 LPA.
The Course duration is for 36 weeks followed by 24 weeks of Industrial Training. Currently, the courses are offered under the annual examination system comprising term end examinations at end of the year.
