Best HM college in India

The only one negative that i see in my college is that the first years dont get hostels here. They have to live either on pg or in rentals. But dont worry you will get to know many pg's and hostels, when tou come for the admission.

The course curriculum is the best part of it. And exams are semester wise. We do have mid term exams too in half an year. So we can study everything, we gets time to study everything. The mid term exams are carried out by college. And sem exams by NCHMCT. and there will be IGNOU exams too

The best thing about our college is placements. Every year each and every student of our college get placed to the biggest hotel chains in the world. The biggest companies comes to IHM Mumbai at first for their recruitment. They knows the best will be at IHM Mumbai

There are many events in our college that happens every year in our college. Starting from first Freshers day then we do celebrate each festivals in our college like Onam, ganpathi festival and all. Our college fest is about two types 1) cornucopia 2) culture curry And we do have committees like cultural, creative, photography and all.

Since it is a central govt college, The fees structure are feasible comparing to other private colleges. Usually the private colleges charges double or triple time the amount of IHM. Every IHM's has same fees.

There are many scholarships that our college provide to meritorious students. And not only meritorious but also for the students of backward classes like OBC, SC, ST and all. Govt also provides many scholarships for students. The loan facility is not avialable in our college. But they do give us bonafide certificate for education loans. College doesn't have any tie up with banks for loans

We do have many labs. And all labs in our college is well equipped. BTK the basuc training kitchen for our kitchen or cookery practicals, bakery labs for bakery practices. Computer lab with 60+ computers. Annual sports is there in our college. Football, cricket and all other games happen in our college.

There is many types of hostel in our college. The normal cost is like 80k including food/mess fees. It has many facilities like attached bathroom, locker, wardrobe, gyms inside the hostel. The higher cost hostel have AC and all.

Alumni network supports the college very much. the alumnus of our college is in the top levels of big hotel chains in the world. The seniors are very supportive in the basis of curriculum and other activites. There is no ragging in our college.

First of all we should give an entrance called NCHMCT JEE. Then after the results are out, Counseling will start(online). We have to pay 1st semester fees half there. And we should give options for college and wait for allotment. After allotment we should go for a document verification at our nearby IHM. and after 3 weeks, the college which we got.

Since IHM Mumbai is the best hotel management college in India. We do have the best faculties in India. The faculites of IHM Mumbai are well expirienced and had been in this industry for many years! The faculties are friendly towards the students. Chefs in the kitchen and bakery are cool
