Course Curriculum Overview

Teaching methods should be improved by them I think so . Curriculum activities are nice I enjoyed them there are only two exams mid term and final and with practical exams in both Teachers in this college are nice

Internships Opportunities

Internship is nice your internship will start from 2 year and you will experience how the hotel life is . I have done my internship from jw marriot Mumbai sahar which is a 5 star hotel it gives me experience about a hotelier

Placement Experience

Placements are very nice many big big hotels are coming here for our interview. After 4 semester you are eligible for interview. I think so many students get placement like 80%. My plans are to get a great job

Fees and Financial Aid

The yearly fees is 1.3 lakh and it increases next year All categories students have same fees but at the time of registration st has 400 sc has 400 obc has 800 and General has1000 fee Scholarship is like 200000 rupees

Campus Life

Campus is very nice not to big not to small every year there is graba, Ganesh chaturthi, holi, cornocupia, miselto mania this events are going on. Sports are also there kho kho , kabaddi, tug of war and many more

Admission

I was aiming for this college only because it's ihm Mumbai top colleges in India for hotel management and have a brand value many big big hotels want employees from this college. I have not face any rejection from any college

Faculty

Faculty are very nice here very helpful I think tere is no one I don't like all are good . About exam are not that tough you have to more focus on practical because they are main exams are easy not difficult

Night Life

All the places in campus is like wow cafeteria, library are nice our college timing are 9am to 5 pm . Our campus is situated near sea shore so we go there to hangout it's very quiet and nice And shivaji park is also there

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester we are eligible for campus placement. Companies like ihcl, ihg, eih, the Hyatt and Hilton the etc. All most ever students gets a placement via college. Many of the students have plans like to do MBA, MSc or to get into any MT program of any company. MT program is a management training program offered by the company which allows you previllage of getting promoted to managers level in span of two years. It is paid program and they have examination as well. Minimum package offered by any company is 3 lacks per year.

IHM Mumbai - one of the best colleges to launch your dream of being a hospitality professional!

The admission to anu IHM in the country is on the basis of entrance exam called the NCHMCT-JEE (National Council of Hotel Management and Catering Technology - Joint Entrance Exam) The admission is on the merit basis and all the rules of reservation apply here too. Hotel Management college

Since you didn't get the hostel in the first year so the expenses for living will be very high as sky touching. The pg will take upto 13000per month for six sharing plus deposits and other charges. So i suggest you to take flat in sharing. Also for the night you have to arrange your dinner from yourself and morning breakfast also. The best there is!

I don't think I could think of any bad remark but I would like if the college had a personal ground for the students even though we can go to the shivaji park ground for certain activities. The faculty, the food , the accommodation and everything is very good and adjustable. The only issue you might face is the absence of all class being air conditioned because the atmosphere of Mumbai is really challenging But the institution is all together very good....Read More
