A real look inside my college life experience

I wanted to do event management that's the reason why I have chosen this course . The practical knowledge and exposure given is really helpful for us in preparing us for real world . We have field trips in well named hotel properties. We have do have ODCs which prepares us for industrial exposure. We have ICAs in which we have presentations, tests some other practical assignments. We have practical exams and theory exams . The exams quit difficult.

For campus placement students from 3rd year for my course are eligible. Highest package for my course is 3 LPA. Companies like oberois , hyatt etc . If I'll get better placements then I'll go for it otherwise I'll do masters.

I have paid 200000 fees for the course I am pursuing which is BBA - hospitality operations and management. And the fees will be increasing for the next years . Currently it's 2,25,000 for 1st year student's.

Flagship events for our course is named as Epicurean which is organised and done by students itself . There are lots of events happening it's fun . We have commities like sports , cultural, rotract . There are indoor games , e-library, computer labs , etc .

I didn't apply to any other colleges because I wanted to join this college and I knew about well equipped infrastructures and experienced faculties. I have gave the interview and entrance exam and got selected. The process was fill the form online then they will contact us they will inform the further steps . Then PI and entrance examination will be done in different phases then result will be declared and then the fee payment procedure

Faculties for BBA hospitality operations and management course are Shefali joshi ( Dean) , Manikandan ( Associate dean) , Karishma chauhan ( core) , Ketan Chande (core ) , Rahul kanekar ( core) , Chef Suyog ( culinary) , Pratik satpute . All the faculty members are very friendly and helping. They are always there to support us to guide us .

Ya we had personal interviews , written online entrance test before getting admission. They gave syllabus or subjects question asked in the entrance exam to be prepared. Had one on one interview with the college faculties

Campus timings are mostly from 8 a.m to 7 p.m . After 8 p.m mostly campus closes. If we have some events and we need to decorate or arrange something till late night then we have to take written permission from respective departments and then we are allowed to use the premises .
