Since i am in second year the thing i know is placement are mostly from banks here . And also they were discussing to bring internship opportunities on to the table as well . So im ty they will make internship compulsory that was the add on which they wish to implement

The students usually become eligible after the 4th Semester. Placements are offered in various roles im feilds such as marketing, taxation, finance, human resource management, audit, etc The placement percentage may be around 50% Companies like the big 4, reliance, tata, tcs, and other small or medium partnership firms, law firms, have visited the college for interviews. The average package is around 6 Lakh p.a and it might go up too My plans after the degree is to do an internship for the course of company secretary and also apply for LLB

The course that I am doing is Bcom and and according to relevancy the course isn't that relevant as most students who opt for bcom are mostly CA or CS students because of which the course isn't relevant for them. But the curriculum is fantastic and it opens many opportunities for the students. The improvement of course can be found in the difficulty level as many students underestimate this course because of the level of difficulty. This course is 3 year course.

Well from Third Year students become eligible for campus placements. ICICI Bank, Axis Bank visited & offered ample opportunities. Highest average package was Rs3.6L. 65% students got placement. My plan was to do the Masters in Business Administration.

as it is still under mumbai university it is the same course plain bcom, which is great if u are pursuing addition course like ca cfa cma . kindly dont join plain bcom if you are not planning to do any other course as you aill waste your 3 year

Bcom is most common course, and I wanted toh do ca so I choose bcom. The area of improvement is that they must use there full capacity of the classroom they are not using full capacity of the classroom The examination timings is late then compared to other colleges

At sem 5 and 6 the palcements get started in our college there is specific a placement cell department who approches the companies to come so it differece at each year some time the students gets placement before the sem 6 so its totally up to the student that how they perform at interview

From 6th semester students become eligible for campus placement Name of companies: morgan stanley, wipro, deloitte Highest package is 6 LPA 18% placement I am going to do LLB and give judiciary exam

Campus placements in Ain't not very good, but not very bad as well one The Given opportunities that the college provides for their further Many companies have visited Somaiya, Mapro, et cetera My plans after getting the degree is to pursue MBA in finance and move ahead in life

As I am good in accounts and i heard many about somaiya Bcom bachelor's of commerce as the teaching experience of teachers is good and the fees of Bcom in somaiya is cheap the timings of exam in somaiya is 8:00-9:00 if the exam is of 50 marks the timings are 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM and there is no difficulty for exam timings
