KJ Somaiya College of Arts & Commerce (KJSAC) offers a 3-year duration B.Com. to 1,080 students under the guidance of well-developed and experienced faculty. Admission to KJSAC, B.Com is given based on merit scores achieved by the students in the class 10+2 board examination. However, the candidate must not have secured less than 45% marks in the aggregate. The college also offers BA in 11 streams with a total intake of 360 students. At the PG level, KJSAC offers M.Com and MA programs. Additionally, research students can also apply for Ph.D. in one of these specializations: Hindi, History, Gujarati, Commerce, and English.

KJSAC UG Admission 2024
KJSAC Mumbai offers BA and B.Com at the undergraduate level. The basic eligibility criteria for admission to these courses is a pass in 10+2 or equivalent exam from a recognized institute or university. Selection of candidates for the UG programs is done based on the merit of 10+2 marks from Maharashtra or any other recognized board. A total of 360 seats are available in the BA course and 1080 students are admitted to the B.Com course.

KJSAC PG Admission 2024
KJSAC offers two courses at the Postgraduate level, namely, M.A and M.Com. Master of Arts (M.A) is being offered in six specializations, namely, History, Philosophy, Psychology, Marathi, Sociology, and English. The basic eligibility criteria for admission to a postgraduate program is a Bachelor’s degree in the respective discipline from a recognized institute (or university) with 50% marks. Selection of candidates for the PG courses is done based on merit, subject to meeting all eligibility criteria specified for the program.

KJSAC Ph.D. Admission 2024
KJSAC offers a Doctoral level program in the disciplines of Arts and Commerce. The institute currently offers Ph.D. programs in Hindi, History, Gujarati, Commerce, and English. The basic eligibility criteria for admission to Ph.D. programs is a Master’s degree in the relevant discipline/ subject with a minimum aggregate of 55 percentile marks. Selection of candidates is done based on the merit of entrance test marks secured by the applicants followed by an interview round. A total of 24 seats are available in Ph.D. programmes.

KJSAC Admission Process 2024
KJSAC accepts applications to its various programs through the University of Mumbai website as per the University guidelines. The application process in detail is as follows:
- Candidates seeking admission to any of the courses offered by KJSCAC must visit the University of Mumbai website for online submission of applications.
- Candidate must then navigate to the online application page and create a Username and Password by clicking on the “Register” button.
- All requisite particulars in the registration form must be filled in correctly.
- The applicant must choose KJSCAC as the preferred choice of college in the registration form.
- After the online submission of the application form, candidates must take printouts of the Submission Copy and the Student Copy.
- The submission copy has to be attached to the admission form of KJSCAC, and the Student Copy must be retained by the candidate for future correspondence.

Eligibility for the course in somaiya was based on their merit list which started of from 92% which later dropped to near 55% All the forms, fees and dates are provided in somaiya's own website. The website is user friendly aswell but it has a lot of bugs Highest reservation given in somaiya is for gujrati students. The exams are quite easy because you just have to prepare from question paper from last 4 years and you pass with flying colours The admisson process is very slow, the staff is not very responsive, only one window for thousand students,

In difficulty level was also decent, but the faculty was not very stick towards the exam and students could copy easily without the fear of being caught Areas of improvement in the admission process is the main thing is staff and corporation. The way they talk and respond to every question students ask or your parents ask they are very rude and they do not have the right to talk to student in a rude manner
