College with good and bad Vibes

In college we have a butiful atmosphere like more greenary. And we have good Library facilities.teaching staff is also nice and there is also hostel available and it is better to stay in hostel but the food is not nice
In the case of interactions , lecturers are friendly with students and we can ask doughts and they clarify everything . Placements are also good in this year compared to last year
Course curriculum is little bit more but easy.and coming to facilities we have library , and can borrow books from there, and for professional developments there are pdsn classes every week, where we can learn how to speak,behave .

Dislikes

Coming to college, it is too far from Bus stand 😭, but we have 2 buses from clg and they will leave at 8 am at the busstand after that we have to walk .
Coming to hostel, food is literally bad, they provide more items but no one is good and if question also nothing will change
Coming to campus life, compare to other it is little bit not nice ,some lectures are good but some are too bad and they will target the students

Students view on course curriculum and examination of the campus

My course is, CSE where it is good in IT field, and we can get a more opportunities in companies.and coming to curriculum in 4 years they will teach courses like c, c++, java , python and oops concepts and also dsa. The lectures coming for this languages , some are good and some don't have a better knowledge. coming to exams every moth we have internals. In a sem 3 internals and 1 semend exam.

What is the total fees of the course and scholarship option available?

1st year fees is 125000, and it is same for all years . Tution fee is 125000 and registration fees for both sem exams is 5000 and for management seat it will differ for different branches,in case for cse it is 500000 per year. for sc,st the fee is also same but they will get scholarship upto 80000. U can apply for ssp , Jindal and more.

Events organized and facilities available in the campus

In our college, they will celebrate bgs utsav and branch fest Every year and freshers day . library is good and it contains 1,00,000 of books and we can borrow for a month and we should return it if not there will be a penalty. Library opens at 8am and closed at 8pm in weekdays and weekend it will be closed.in every classroom there are smart boards .in our college they will support a lot for sports, they will provide kits and also attendce.

What does student say about their faculties?

There are more than 350 lecturers in our college in all branches, and comes to the relationship they will be friendly and clarify all our doughts. I like vidyshree mam, because she will teach very nicely and gives test of every module, so that we can get good marks in exam and also she will clarify all our doughts without irritating. Mahalaxmi mam, she will be in irritating mode in every time and she wont complete the syllabus and gives seminar to us to complete syllabus .

How to get admission in the college and what sets the college stand out ?

I applied in kcet allotment in the middle, but in the top there were colleges like bms,rv institute of technology, dayanand Sagar institute of technology, cmrit and others. But my rank was little bit high so i got this college. this college is good to my rank , so i didn't reject this college. Coming to admission process, we should have college allotment copy, like kcet exam or comid k exam allotment. The exams most preferd by students are kcet because the tution fee is less through this exam.

Night Life

Night life is good because of more greenary and lights and also canteen. Library will also be open till 8pm and we can stay there until 8 pm .hostel timings are , entry to hostel is 5:30am and we should be before 9 pm and campus timings are at 8:30am classsy will start and ends at 4:30pm.

I didn't like the dresscode as there is compulsion of formals.

Library is very good with variety of books and a very huge space to sit and study , which also includes the digital library also
College Campus very good , neat and clean and it is also very huge which includes library, shops , stationary , ground etc,

Dislikes

College timing is one of the disadvantages of the college which will be from 8:30 to 4:30 , which can be difficult to student to learn other skills
there are some irritating teachers as well for some of the subjects , and also there are some outdated computer systems which is now being changed with new ones but still there are some labs with low system configurations
Bus stop is far away from the college , some have to walk around 1km(if u are travelling in any public transport) to reach the bus stop

Admission:

i was admitted to this college through KCET , my rank was around 19,000 , i got this college in first round of KCET itself (i joined mainly for SNQ quota ) , if you can wait for much more rounds , you may get colleges like JSS , RNS for this range of rank in KCET both JSS and RNS are very similar to this college which is located nearby . if you are at a good rank in KCET , better opt for RV, BMS, or BIT if possible

also there is a very huge library which is digitalised and helpful for the students

the washrooms which are so dirty and uncomfatable to use

Admission:

i initially applied for RNSIT ,BNMIT, SJBIT ,GAT and many but in first round i had got GAT for ECE then i thought of waiting for second round as there was time and then i got SJBIT .i thought about the campus and placements would be good and joined SJBIT. I didnt get rejected but i didnt got selected because it was through KCET rankings as my ranking was 32000 i could make it to SJBIT. once you get your KCET results,we can apply for the colleges and according to the cutoffs of each branch we get selected,for first round it was across 25000 for ECE and it deducted at second round.

Technical advancement like each and every classroom are provided with smart boards.
The surrounding environment , infrastructure , events.

The first thing is that the college is full of dogs ,like wherever you see you will find dogs in campus

I chose SJBIT over other collages because of its reputation for providing quality education in engineering and its focus on holistic student development I did not face any rejection fromother colleges but i prioritized SJBIT because it alligned well with my career aspirations and offered a balanced curriculum with pratical expouser. what makes SJBIT even more appealing is its commitment to fostering innovation and skill development through various workshops, seminars, and industrial collaborations.

My college experience

Likes

It has seperate grounds for every sports including cricket, football, basket ball, kabbadi and it also has a gym. Encouraging sports and fitness.
Auditorium of our college is pretty huge that can accommodate 1000-1500 peoples. Trailers of many films have been launched here. College fest is appreciative it goes on for 3days students from many colleges visit at this time making the it remarkable
Campus is very aesthetic. Landscaping works are very much appreciated.

Admission:

First of all i didn't have a very good ranking in PGCET which was purely because of my negligence. Yet to try my luck i had applied for the tip colleges such as RV, BIT, MS Ramaiah,BMSIT, UVCE,JSS and few more top colleges along with SJBIT. I had mentioned SJBIT for a reason that i had already completed my bachelor's form the same college. I wanted to get into any of the top colleges if not SJBIT. Luck didn't favor me and i was alloted SJBIT from KEA which is the chief body for conducting exams and counseling. Once the seat is alloted from KEA, we need to pay the kea fees and download the admission order. SJB Institute of Technology offers entry from PGCET and GATE exam. Management seats are available as well. For bachelores degree admissions from UGCET and COMED-K are accepted.

SJBIT IS BEST

Admission:

I want to join the RNS Institute of technology but i can't get admission to the college because i don't get the cutoff rank of RNS Institute of Technology. So i choose the SJB Institute of technology next and for admission we want to bring the study certificate of all previous classes. And marks card, income certificate, adhaar card and bank pass book and other information.
