What Students Say

Likes

Beautiful campus with full of greenery. Very spacious classrooms
Smart boards are present in all the classrooms.
Teaching faculty are very friend and have very good knowledge about the subjects they teach

Dislikes

College is very far from bus stand we have to walk for 1 km
There are many dogs in the campus but no worries they don't harm us
College timings is too much it is from 8.3pam to 4.30pm

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum is very well designed. As we are the first batch of autonomous they conduct exams and other activities as per the curriculum. The teach all the subjects in depth and they even provide us with practical knowledge

Internships Opportunities

Internships are available for students form 7th sem. College itself provides internship opportunities. No need of students to search for internship off campus. Roles like data analyst, front end and back en developer are provided in the internship

Placement Experience

About 80% of the students get placed in our college (from CSE branch) The highest package was 26 Lakhs per annum and the lowest was 4 lakhs per annum Top recruiters are Infosys, Walmart,justdail and Wipro Many companies whose are the top recruiters provide internship for 70% of the students

Fees and Financial Aid

U can join the college through KCET, COMEDK and management quota. Kcet fees is 120000 to and COMEDK fees is 290000. The college helps us to apply for government scholarships. They even encourage students to come u with project and they sponsor for our projects

Campus Life

Wifi is available in the library and hostel and also in the labs. U get to see the best infrastructure in our campus and the campus if full of Greenery. The hostels are very clean and they provide hygienic food. As the bgs hospital is nearby it's very beneficial for students in case of any emergency and they even provide confessions for our college students in the hospital. Our college encourages sports and they conduct inter college sport competitions

Admission

U should pay the fees through ur bank account or any UPI. U can ask in the admission section for the application form. The exams are conducted by the college itself exams are more difficult than vtu exams.

Faculty

The lecturers are very friendly and they have very good hold on the subject they teach. They have pursued Mtech and most of them are PhD holders. Students are provided with mentors 1 mentor for 20 students

Interview Experience

U can join the college through KCET COMEDK and management quota. No interviews or any private entrance exams are conducted for the admission. I prepared for kcet on my own. Coaching is provided in many coaching institutions

Campus placements usually starts during the fourth year or by the end of the third year during the 6th semester and many internships are also provided from the college side and also from the university side as well. the internships provided are a great oppurtunity for students to gain experience and more roles are also involved related to the curriculum.

i was admitted to this college through KCET , my rank was around 19,000 , i got this college in first round of KCET itself (i joined mainly for SNQ quota ) , if you can wait for much more rounds , you may get colleges like JSS , RNS for this range of rank in KCET both JSS and RNS are very similar to this college which is located nearby . if you are at a good rank in KCET , better opt for RV, BMS, or BIT if possible...Read More

i initially applied for RNSIT ,BNMIT, SJBIT ,GAT and many but in first round i had got GAT for ECE then i thought of waiting for second round as there was time and then i got SJBIT .i thought about the campus and placements would be good and joined SJBIT. I didnt get rejected but i didnt got selected because it was through KCET rankings as my ranking was 32000 i could make it to SJBIT. once you get your KCET results,we can apply for the colleges and according to the cutoffs of each branch we get selected,for first round it was across 25000 for ECE and it deducted at second round....Read More
