Placement Experience:
Placement are very good. 100% placement in this course, and cse & IT 's placement week, but ceramic placement is 100% . So this department is very good for job needed student. Hod is very good person.

- Its an Autonomous collage under MAKAUT , Small compact Collage , Neat and Clean , Teachers are friendly , everyone knows everyone , its like family here , great placement for Ceramic department, thats the main depertment of the collage , no poltics
- Apart from study many clubs are there like photography , astronomy , art . fest is organized by the SWA ( Student Welfare Association ) , No Political pressure like other university or collage , no ragging , seniors are very friendly
- No politics inside campus , Very Neat and clean campus , Everyone is very friendly ,Helpful senior , teachers are here very polite spoken , highly qualified teachers , you can study in library as well , apart from study many clubs are there .
Dislikes
- small Campus , infrastructure can be improved , canteen facility should be given
- there is no such dislike about the great collage but one thing is infrastructure can be improved
- No M tech facility for Computer Science Engineering Students
Placement Experience:
First of all Placement for Ceramic dept is the Best , 100 % students gets placed in companies ,
from 6t sem you will be eligible for campus placent , highest package is around 14 lakhs CTC and avarage will be 5 Lakhs ,
companis visit the Campus - TCS , wipro , Saint gobbins , trl

Course Curriculum Overview:
The curriculum is in par with latest technology. We have timely exams conducted throughout the semester which includes 2 mid terms along with the end semester examination. Here we learn everything related to the ceramic industry.

The course is well structured. We have regular examination 2 mid terms and an end semester exam. We have enough time to study for the examination. It's easy to pass the exam if you follow the notes and attend the class regularly.

Students undergo Internships after their 6th semester, some bag PPO, and others undergo the placement process during their 7th semester.
Companies like Saint Gobain, TRL Krosaki, Calderys, HR Johnson, OCL India, RHI Magnesita, Vedanta, etc. Visit our college and the average pay ranges from 5.5-6 LPA and the highest being 9 LPA. 100% of the students from the Ceramic branch are placed in the core field.

From 3rd year, students are eligible for compass placements.
The main companies that visit our colleges are national refractory, trl Kurosaki, saint Gobain glass, sail, etc.
The highest package is about 8-9 LPA. The average package is 4.5 LPA.
Almost all students get placed.

Probably from the 6th semester students become eligible for campus placements. The companies that visit our college are Saint Gobain Vedanta, heat works Aditya Birla insulators, and many more. The highest salary paid was 7.5 lakh per annum
And average salary is 4.3 lakh per annum. I should probably opt for MBA after graduation.

If you have already decided that you want to pursue your career in engineering, then of course you will be counseling in all the leading colleges.
This is An excellent college with almost 100% placements, the best faculty members and laboratories.

Remarks:
First of all, the college is a renowned government engineering college. The placement records of the college is almost 100% in different streams. The placement records for Ceramic Technology department are consistently 100% for past few years. And for Computer science and IT department the placement records lie between 80-90%. The fees structure of the college is very low that any student from different economic background can afford any course and gain knowledge in the college.

Remarks:
This is a government College with best infrastructure and placement in ceramic technology department. Aslo the college is located at the centre of Kolkata with a very easy communication and transport access from sealdah Station and very nice and eco-friendly environment it has. This is the reason I choose this college.
