Sister Nivedita University Kolkata Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Students become eligible for campus placements from 3rd semester itself. MNCs like Cocacola, Amazon, Microsoft, Flipkart are some of the big names that have come to our college with offers. The highest package offered was 80LPA and about 90-95% students get placed every year. Personally I plan on joining an MNC with hopefully a high package.

MCA = 9 out of 10 because placement issue. *. No doubt course is very good, but depends on college teaching process. * The problem with this course is that it is not based on current real world situation * In this i want to improve so that only those are taught which are useful to us in the company. * Their is no difficulty level in exam.What is taught in the class comes in the exam.

1. BECAUSE MY BACKGROUND STREAM IS BCA. 2.GOOD FACULTY AND GOOD STUDENT . 3.ALL THE FACULTY OF THIS COLLEGE IS COMPLETE MASTERS AND PHD DEGREE. AND TEACHING IS VERY GOOD. 4.THE EXAM HELD TIME TO TIME BECAUSE ALL TEACHER COMPLETE SYLLABUS ON TIME.

In my opinion, the course curriculum could use some improvement. Although there are elective subjects included in the curriculum, students are not given the freedom to choose which ones they want to take. The syllabus claims otherwise, but in reality, the selected subjects are the only ones being taught. Additionally, there is a foreign language requirement that must be passed, otherwise, a supply is mandatory and cannot be ignored. While 50% of the faculty members are okay, not everyone possesses the extra knowledge or understanding of what is currently happening in the market.

Admission to all Sister Nivedita University offers UG programs which are based on candidates?performance in JESNU followed by counseling conducted by the university. Sister Nivedita University (SNU) also offers B.Tech in Business Systems motorized by TCS. Admission to MCA, M.Sc, MA, M.Stat and M.Com courses is accessible on the foundation of merit in the last qualifying examination followed by analysis conducted by Sister Nivedita University (SNU). 10+2 in the applicable subject group is the least eligibility criteria for admission. Students have to appear in JESNU conducted by WBJEEB to secure admission in these courses.
