Course Curriculum Overview
After completing BCA, choosing MCA was kind of the next stepping stone. Hence I chose it. The curriculum taught in this college is well up to date with current industrial environment and requirements. Although I'd suggest taking more advanced classes to up the difficulty level. Exams are held twice a semester. The mid terms and the end sem exams. The mid terms are fairly easy compared to the end sem exams.
Placement Experience
Students become eligible for campus placements from 3rd semester itself. MNCs like Cocacola, Amazon, Microsoft, Flipkart are some of the big names that have come to our college with offers. The highest package offered was 80LPA and about 90-95% students get placed every year. Personally I plan on joining an MNC with hopefully a high package.
Fees and Financial Aid
Tuition fee for my course is fairly affordable compared to other colleges. Especially with the gracious scholarships offered by this college. I got a 100% scholarship based on merit which helped me a lot financially. Similarly many more students got such tuition fee waivers based on their merits.
Campus Life
There are regulat events held in our campus, be it technical or cultural. Very notable personalities from literally all over the world have visited our campus. There is a cafe, a canteen and a huge library for the students to access innumerable amount of books. Additionally there are even clubs for dancing, sports, drama and what not.
Admission
Eligibilty of this course is you have to have graduated with BCA of BSc in Computer Science or atleast have maths and computer in 10+2 level. Around 55% marks is the required cutoff at graduation. I did not avail any reservations. The application form and dates are regularly updated at the official website and a simple call to their reception easily clears all doubts.
Faculty
The faculty to student ratio is well balanced. Every faculty is well educated on their specific subjects and leaves no stones unturned to help the students understand the concepts in depth. Additionally their friendly nature helps students easily approach them with their doubts.
