The college experienced an increase in admissions, reaching 112 students, which necessitated creating two sections with about 60 students each. Despite a large class size and a 1:60 faculty-to-student ratio, the faculty, mostly PhD holders, are highly regarded for their cooperation and friendliness. The Head of Department is particularly supportive. Practical sessions face challenges due to the large number of students, requiring sub-groups, but the teaching quality remains commendable. The faculty-student relationship is strong and supportive.

Faculty numbers have increased from 5 to approximately 9 or 10, improving the learning experience. The master's program does not offer internships or placements for first-year students, though internships start from the third semester, and students engage in supervised research projects. Although there are no direct placements, companies like Amazon, Microsoft, IBM, Infosys, TCS, and Google offer positions with annual salaries ranging from 2.5 to 5.5 lacs. The university provides a significant scholarship program, potentially reducing fees from 223,000 to as low as 9,300 per semester, based on academic performance, aiding middle-class families.

Some students may complete the course for as little as 65,000 due to full scholarships. The M.Sc. Applied Psychology program's per-semester fees are 249,000, but scholarships can reduce this to 9,000 for eligible candidates. University scholarships are comprehensive, covering all fees without extra lab or management charges and support student research publications. However, the psychology department does not offer direct employment opportunities post-masters.
