The college campus is very big very beautiful and well organized
Apart from studies, there are different playing grounds for sports like cricket, football, table tennis, volleyball
There are separate building classroom labs for each department

Dislikes

Students who come from Bengali medium have a little difficulty in attending classes in full English
75% must go to college, otherwise they are not allowed to sit for the exam.
Having some recorded classes and notes and suggestions during exams is very beneficial.

The main reason for taking the course is to improve skills and get a job Student to faculty ratio is very good PhD, MBA, M-Tech, BTech Exams are conducted every six months and must be read well to pass. Passing is difficult

I like this college campus. Campus is soo enjoyable.
I like college this college cultures. Many extra curricular is done here.
I like behaviour of this college management

Dislikes

I don't like college building. Rooms are not well decorated..
I don't like college facilities. But not all.
I don't like college sports facilities .

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester campus placement is beginning. Tcs Wipro like many mnc company visited this college. Tcs has tie up with this college. Highest package is approx 22 lacs . And average package is approx 4 lacs.

the overall experience is very good

Likes

there was very good environment of the college which is the main things to notice
and the infrastructure was very good of all the campus
everyone likes meeting new people. they always introduction us to new something new

Dislikes

budgeting. financial troubles can significantily impact students
the main thing to balance time management
and the main things ofcourse the exams .

Placement Experience:

there was 6 semester in the whole 3 years of bca degree.after 3rd semester students got placements on the campus many companys are there in the campus of iem. the placements are held on iem main campus which is the main addmission cell of IEM

Course Curriculum Overview:

I found my interest in engineering topics, so that is the reason for taking the course. Faculties are very good infact very concern about each of the students. They all are PhD qualified. Exams were typically difficult, but semesters are around 3-4 months.

I CHOOSE THE COURSE AS IT WILL BE VERY WELL IN FUTURE . THE COMPUTER IS USED IN EVERY FIELD . AND ABOVE ALL THIS INCLUDE IN MY INTEREST . FACULTY : STUDENT = 10: 1 FACULTIES ALL ARE P.HD DEGREE HOLDERS FROM IITs. THE TEACHING METHOD IS SO GOOD , WELL UNDERSTANDING . THE EXAMS HELD IN SIX MONTHS GAP AND IT IS SO DIFFICULT TO PASS THE EXAM WITH POOR PREPARATION .

There were a good and educated faculties in GNIT college
GNIT was located in a very nice location and very near to sodepur railway station
GNIT occupies a very big campus rather than the other colleges

Dislikes

I disliked the outer area in front of our college

Students becomes eligible for campus placements from 3rd year onwards Infosis,amazon, cabzimini, etc 90% students get placements I want to start my buisness after getting degree but i will also try for campus placements to judge myself.
