Likes

Teachers are really good, they are cooperative
Faculty is good too, they are cooperative
Campus is good too, we got a big campus .

Dislikes

Dislike can be the location of our college

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester students become eligible. Wipro, Cognizant, Accenture, etc. The average salary is around 2.5LPA rupees and the highest is near 15-20LPA 60-70% get placement. I will find a job, as this is my dream as a BCA student.

The good college in JS College of engineering

Likes

The building structure is very good the library and elevators available.
Environment is a green environment the lots of trees in the placem.
All lab have multiple computers to for the all the student.

Dislikes

The faculty is not well practical knowledge.
The time management is not good in this college because of the full day of the class is going but at the end is not.
Rather than this all things are good in this college.

Placement Experience:

I didn't have in fast now to college but I saw the senior brothers who took a job from this College placement and I think it will be good for our convenience things a very good placement providing it claims 90% of the college.

Untold secret of AEC

Likes

Faculty member and Staff are good cooperation of students and very helpful and friendly.
Extra creative activities including sports matches and tech organisation.

Dislikes

Canteen food is not too good and quality of food they served.

Placement Experience:

Students can apply for campus placement from the 3rd year of college. There are 100 companies visiting our college companies like Infosys, Wipro, TCS, Mahindra, Deloitte, etc. Overall highest package is 24 lakhs and the Average package of the college is 7 lakhs. The percentage required for students getting placements is 7 cups. My plan is to do MCA from Asansol Engineering College.

The faculty are quite mindful and helpful
They keep everyone is mind and think about the Student

Dislikes

Water supply is not good water taste is weird
Btech students are worse and they clearly are bad
The faculty is not always understanding

Placement Experience:

Campus placement is offered to the students who work for it ,it is not available for all the students and it is quite very difficult for the students to hold job in this cllg also it doesn't care about how the student are doing for it

Supportive faculty members who are always ready to help and support
Big college campus , where students can play games
Maintance of college library where students can study

Placement Experience:

From the 5th semester, students become eligible for campus placements. Tcs, Wipro, genpact, etc. which offer an average package of 1.5 Lpa. 50% of students get placement and some go for higher studies. I also got palcement in wipro.

Good for computer applications. Go for it????????

Likes

Teachers were very friendly and helpful.
Placement cell is good and helpful. Take care of students individually.
Many cultural and technical clubs are there to enhance skills of students.

Dislikes

Many Faculties left college in our department.
Sometimes books are not available in Library.
Some of computers don't work in computer labs.

Placement Experience:

From pre final year placement opportunities have been given around the end of 4th semester. TCS, Wipro, LTImindtree, E&Y, Hexaware has taken students and besides MNCs also in many companies students have been placed. Package according to their domain highest is 4.5 lakhs and lowest is 1.9 lakhs. I got a job in TCS and planned to join.

THE TRUTH ABOUT ASANSOL ENGINEERING COLLEGE (AEC)

Likes

Making friends, I made some friends who are really like brothers to me.
Wearing uniform, makes us equal. And I am confident to walk inside college. Without worring about anyone mentioning about my father's income.
Marks give by the college inthe internals are really good.

Dislikes

Education could be improved. Specially in our department.
Attendence is a headache. Teachers should give us less homeworks and assignments as well.
College water filters are broken, some benches are broken. And even canteen is having maximum fans broken.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose it because I wanted to learn about Computer Applications. Students are a lot, as compared to teachers. No. of teachers should be increased. Teachers are qualified to teach us. Term exams are okay, not so hard. But, if not studied well one could get backlogged.

Because I love coding and computer there everyone suggests I take cse but my marks are not sufficient so I decided to take admitted to bca and now I am very happy. Faculty is too good and every teacher is a gem.

College in my point of view.

Likes

Industrial training was very good. The trainer is skilled and experienced.
Computer labs are very nice. Full AC labs.
Campus is very wide and location of the college is good.

Dislikes

Faculty is poor. CA department needs more skilled teachers.
Teacher needs to communicate in English because most of them speak in native language.
College needs to organise more tech fest and hackathons.

Placement Experience:

In 3rd year students are eligible for placement. Because of the recession, very few companies visited in college. The average package is 1.8-2.5 LPA. This year 30% of students getting placement. I am placed at TCS. I will join TCS after getting the degree.
