What Students Say

Likes

Making friends, I made some friends who are really like brothers to me.
Wearing uniform, makes us equal. And I am confident to walk inside college. Without worring about anyone mentioning about my father's income.
Marks give by the college inthe internals are really good.

Dislikes

Education could be improved. Specially in our department.
Attendence is a headache. Teachers should give us less homeworks and assignments as well.
College water filters are broken, some benches are broken. And even canteen is having maximum fans broken.

I choose it because I wanted to learn about Computer Applications. Students are a lot, as compared to teachers. No. of teachers should be increased. Teachers are qualified to teach us. Term exams are okay, not so hard. But, if not studied well one could get backlogged.

Class Size: 120Course Fees: INR 70000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Till now I have heard about Flipkart, Wipro, TCS, and some companies. Providing placements and internships both. Project making is really encouraged by the college. I have made a lot of projects.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is good. The annual fee is 70000. The scholarship is given to the West Bengal Govt. -Swami Vivekananda Scholarship. One could also get a student education loan, which is taken by a lot of students. Truth be told, placement is less as compared to the number of students.

Campus Life

AEC FESTA is the annual fest. But this year it was not celebrated, really sad. Don't know why, there's no clarification. Books are available in the library. Sports and clubs are really encouraged by the college. Many students go to compete with other colleges as well.

Admission

The course is eligible for students of arts, commerce, and science. But the maths/ IP subject is a must-have. Application is available on the college website Reservation benefits are applied to students. Addmission process is complex and could be improved.

- The BCA cirrcuam at THE HERITAGE ACADEMY covers fundamental programming, Database management, and web development which are essential for a career in IT. - The syllabus is moderately relevant but some topics feel outdated. Course Curriculum Overview:

BCA provides the students with theoretical knowledge and practical experience that helps them to go for various job possibilities in the sphere of computer application from handling projects to complex programming. A BCA degree prepares the students to deal with anything and everything. The student teacher ratio is 1:20. The teachers are very well. They always treat you like a friend. The student teacher bond is very good. They are highly qualified (P.hd /m.tech). The term exam is always on time even all the CA exams are always on time. University provides an Id and password where he/she can see their marks/ date of examination. The difficulty level is moderate not too easy / not too hard.

About my college

Remarks:

We have got good faculties. The teachers are very much friendly and helpful. Besides class one can get teachers guidance anytime. They help us with the upcoming trends. The environment is really good. The seniors are very nice and helpful. It has got two basketball court two football grounds.
