For Mtech. Biotechnology yearly fee structure - Approx.114000 ( including hostel & mess). If you are GATE qualified student than you will get 12400 per month of stipend. From that stipend you may also pay your addmission fee and other expenses.

A Balanced Blend of Academics and Campus Life at Its Best

Total Fee is around 1,15,000/year.But For M.tech students (GATE qualified) get stipend RS. 12,400/- per month. Tution fee is less but hostel fees is more. Stipend will start after 2 months after the date of admission.

About IIT-KGP

The initial admission plus 1st semester fee was ?61k. For subsequent 3 semesters course fee is around ?46k-48k. Each student get ?12,400 per month as a teaching assistantship. There're lots of opportunities for doing internships in the institute itself & also in industries. Chances of getting placement with a good CTC is very high.

The college life in IIT Kharagpur

The program i was enrolled for four semester and the fees were paid per semester, which where approximately 40 to 50 thousand per semester. During my master's program, i was given teaching assistantship from IIT Kgp. I was asked to work for the research scholar in assisting their experiments and managing the lab records and chemicals.
