Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is relevant and well-structured, blending theory with practical skills. It prepares students for industry and research, though it can improve by adding emerging topics and hands-on learning.
Fees and Financial Aid
Total Fee is around 1,15,000/year.But For M.tech students (GATE qualified) get stipend RS. 12,400/- per month. Tution fee is less but hostel fees is more. Stipend will start after 2 months after the date of admission.
Campus Life
RCampus life has been vibrant with a healthy balance of academics and social engagement. The annual cultural fest is held in February, while the technical fest takes place in October. The library is well-stocked with biotech and engineering journals, both print and digital. Classrooms are equipped with projectors and smart boards. The campus supports sports like cricket, badminton, and athletics.
Admission
I chose this college for its strong biotech faculty and research focus. Though I applied to others, I couldn't clear their cutoffs. The admission was via GATE; cutoff was moderate, process smooth. I don't have any options
Faculty
Exams are good but For 1 subject threre are 4 teachers are allotted. This is very hectic for us. In exam 4 different sections for 4 different teachers. So lots of questions are there so this is very big issue
Night Life
Nightlife around campus is relaxed and student-friendly. The gym and library close by 8 PM, while cafeterias and common areas shut by 10 PM. Hostels usually have an in-time of 10 PM, but campus is open. Popular hangouts include the campus café, central lawn, and nearby spots like Café Coffee Day and street food joints. The locality is safe for night walks, and students often unwind with friends or late-night snacks.
