VIT Vellore Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Placements in my college are quite promising. As the average package is somewhere around 9 lakhs per annum with the highest package of 1.02 cr. very helpful placement cell which guides you through the whole process and makes it smooth and easy for you.

I personally choose this course because I had a great interest in chemistry. The faculties at VIT are quite good they are well-qualified and experienced. Their teaching methods are also inspiring. There are 3 exams in one term namely CAT 1, CAT 2, and term exam. CAT 1 is a usual unit test type exam, CAT 2 is an open book exam which is difficult to crack, and the term exam is as usual term exam type. They provide equal importance for experimental studying as theoretical studying. We have many projects assigned in each term.

My father suggested me this course. In our classroom, there are only 65 students, the faculty is good, there are few experienced faculty, and exams are held in our sem.

4th Year students sit for placements. Companies TCS, Infosys, Symbiosis, etc. The highest package went 1.3crs to a student from the mechanical branch 80%-90% of students get placed I am planning to get a job after completing the degree by sitting for the placements and after a year or two I will join the MBA course.

The students from the 7th semester are eligible for placement. There are many companies like Microsoft, Google, Infosys, etc. Came. There are many super dream offers and dream offers. The highest package is 1.2 cr and the average is 700000.

Here the placement is good compared to other private colleges and has an average package of 9 lakhs. For cse, it is a bit more than 9 lakhs. If u study here then u can really grab a good package. Here more than 80 percent of students get a place. I will like to grab a good package here in the future.

From 3rd Semester students are allowed to campus selections. There are around 500+ companies that come every year for placements. The highest package offered is 1.2 Cr as of now. The average for a CSE course is 8-9 Lakhs. 95% of students get places every year. I am planning of pursuing MBA after getting the degree.

For bachelors, students 3rd year start getting offers for internships in good companies like UBS, Citi Bank, Expedia, etc. From the start of 4th year till the end, the actual placement for full-time jobs goes on. In the starting, slot 1 company (the highest paying companies) come and hire the best students within 2-3 weeks. These companies include Microsoft, Amazon, Atlassian, Udaan, Paypal, etc which usually pay higher than 25 lakhs. Followed by this, Super Dream (10lpa+) and Dream(6lpa) companies start hiring. This goes on for the next 6 months when tons of companies come. The college boasts a 100% placement record thanks to service-based companies like TCS and Wipro.

Students in the last year of their course are eligible for campus placements.Companies like TCS,Infosys,Cap gemini and a lots of other companies visited the campus last year for recuritments.Every students nearly got placed last year.My plan is to get a job after getting the degree so that i can afford the fees for my higher studies

From 6 semesters students become eligible for campus placements Reddy's, Bosch, Deloitte, Morgan Stanley, Qualcomm, Ashok Leyland, Honda, Ford, Global Analytics, TCS, Cognizant, Accenture, Wipro, and Infosys among others, actively take part in the placement and hiring processes with VIT.
