VIT Vellore Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Decent placements, with good packages. Around 600 companies visit VIT every year for placements. The average package would be around 7-8 lakhs per annum. The highest package in 2022 is above 1 crore per annum.

There is a policy by Vit that every student should get placed in some company with at least one offer in hand. From the 7th semester, students are eligible for placements if they have no backlogs. More than 700 companies are visiting VIT, the most famous companies are Microsoft, Morgan Stanley, Jp Morgan Chase, Qualcomm, AMD, Intel, etc. The highest package is 1.02 crore this year. The average package is 8 lakh per annum. The percentage of students placed is 90%. My plan after getting placement is to grow in my career.

From 2nd year onwards, there are a lot of emails coming to the mail for the purpose of internships in summer. After 3rd year, the placements season starts. I guess this year, almost 700 companies visited. Almost 12000 offers are given to students. The highest package is 1Cr and the lowest is about 4 lakh. 90 % of students will place In companies. My plans are to get a good job.

We have 98% placements in our college for that they will take 8k from students. And our average package was around 8L LPA and we get some summer internship opportunities that can give 1L per month. So we need to prepare well to get placement.

This course piqued my interest and also this course is in large demand. The faculty-student ratio is ok. The faculty here put in the effort to teach and are highly qualified. There are two internal exams and one Sem end exam. They are relatively easy to pass.

I chose this course because I am interested in computers and coding and have had a passion for computer science since 11th grade. The faculties are well-equipped to take classes for about 50 students on average. The faculty speak good English and are mostly cooperative unless you're unlucky and are assigned a strict professor. There are three exams; two CATS and the final, FAT. In a span of 4 months, you'll have to write these 3 exams along with quizzes and assignments.

Btech CSE is one of the most rapidly growing and one of the courses with the highest opportunities available in the world as of now. In VIT, the faculty-to-student ratio is about 1:70 on average. Although I wouldn't say that all the professors teach in a way everyone understands, with a little bit of effort it is possible. The exams CAT1 and CAT2 contribute to about 15% of the total percentage of that semester. The exam difficulty is mostly dependent on the faculty you have chosen.

the third semester is the semester from which you can apply for placement. total there are 871 companies that approach here. the highest package is 1.5 crores and the average package is about 10 lakhs. I think 80% of people got placements.

People become eligible for placement from the 7th-semester companies registered I like very much you get almost 400 companies per year of some the top companies are Google Microsoft Amazon and you have that Goldman Sachs Paytm PayPal and many others b companies that give a good package the highest package 97% my plans getting the degree to take placement I think I am also thinking if I didn't get a good placement so thinking of going to higher studies like MBA

In 7th sem students can start to apply for companies and get an internship the average placement of vit is around 8LPA vit claim that 100% placement but you can apply off campus also if you didn't get placement the highest package of vit is gone around 1cr
