- Nit trichy has an excellent placement record with a large number of students placed in to top companies every year, the institute's has strong industry connection and career development program
- Their way of teaching is really good and impressive, they make concepts easy to understand.
- You get a scholarship...if you have some reservations but on the contrary, the college set is not that costly compared to other colleges and the roi is good here, you'll get placed in a nice company in the end anyways

- The wifi service is very poor in the hostel and even mobile network is bad due to its remote location.
- Room is spacious but the hostel maintainance is so bad as compared to the college maintenance.

- First of all , Infrastructure wise it is good ,new buildings are being constructed,Nit Trichy is a huge lush green campus surrounding 600 acres
- Course curriculum is updated,so it's good ,there are mock interview and placement preparation in the campus by 4th year students.
- Everyday some event is going on in the campus ,so it's lot of fun , Especially during festember,the largest cultural fest of South India.
Dislikes
- Girls to boys ratio is about 1:5.Most of the facilities are very highly qualified but the classes are very boring.
- I think proper work should be done in the old hostels .
- For some specific branches like eee,the curriculum is very hectic for the students

- A very beautiful campus life in NIT Trichy , neat and clean classroom with fan and cool water facilities available in lecture hall complex , there is seperate lectures halls for students , here is seperate building for each department .
- NIT Trichy has big NSO ground , gym , table tennis court , vollyball , football ground , basketball court , hockey , cricket and indoor games such as chess , carrom etc facilities are also available , and festember , cultural fest program .
- There is Central library in which each types of books are available such as engineering , physics , mathematics , chemistry , philosophy , computer science , ethics , political , economics , physiology and many more .
Dislikes
- you may face some kind of languages barrier because here is mostly people speak in English or tamil , other languages people are also here but they are less in compare to tamil and english .
- you may face some kind of food variance if you are from north Indian but North indian food is also available . So don't worry , chill guys .
- The weather is hot normally in every season , you may feel hot environment if you used to live in North where all types season are come and go but here is summer is constant.

- There are dozens of things about NIT Trichy which are exceptional but to name the best it has to be the alumni network that our college has.
- Civil is indeed one of the oldest branch of the college and therefore its a privilege to study civil engineering from here.
- Our tech fest Pragyan is next to IIT Bombays tech fest as students from all too colleges are invited to participate in our tech fest.
Dislikes
- Our academic schedule is more hectic than anyone and therefore it is hard to take time out for many important things.

What is your review about NIT trichy electronics and communication branch?
I am currently studying ECE at NIT Trichy. So far, I’ve had an amazing experience. During the first two years, you will deal with Core Electronics. In the first year, every branch studies the same subjects to brush up on concepts learned in senior classes at school. The next two years deal with the Communication part. You will get to choose electives from various options like image processing, etc.
All the branches are equally good and each offers ample opportunities in terms of scholarships. The ECE branch has a very good reputation and the faculty is quite good. Some teachers can even teach more than two subjects with subjects ranging from Digital Electronics to Signal Processing and Data Structures (elective). NIT Trichy follows a Relative Grading System (RG).
Thus, the NIT Trichy ECE branch is a great choice.

NIT Trichy is indeed one of the best engineering colleges in India, the institution that changed my life. While every NIT has its own unique strengths and weaknesses, NIT Trichy has a distinctive competitive ambiance. Life here is pretty fast-paced and apart from academics, NIT Trichy also has an equal balance of extracurricular activities. There are more than 50 student-driven clubs that encourage the active participation of students. These clubs instill a sense of equality among the students irrespective of their academic profiles. NIT Trichy gives you the opportunity to pursue your passions boldly.
The climate here is a bit unbearable and the location is kind of remote. You will find it difficult to adjust here in the initial months but once you have adapted yourself to the ambiance here, the real fun starts.
Overall, as an NIT Trichy student, you will learn to socialize, handle tea life problems and fulfill your goals. Here, you alone fuel your passions!
