Scholarships were available to students who scored first few ranks in the entrance exams, which were a great deal of help to them also, there are internships available through our mentors which is of great help.
Faculty are very good they teach well and they are very experienced with experience of 20 years, and fests happens every month and facilities are very good here like gym gardens library etc and place is very good
There are so many clubs like dance club, science club, maths club, etc and main beauty of the campus are very green and freedom of entry and exit anytime.

Dislikes

Firstly conduction of the entrance was very poor by nta.
At last the canteens. the foods of the canteens are ok but sometimes it too worst
I had a plan to do phd too but due to the academic stress and low facilities that this university is providing, i started to lose my interest on the subject.

Good experience

Likes

Campus of Pondicherry University is very good.
Faculties are very kind and they give their best to students.
I like to play cricket there are so many grounds for playing cricket

Dislikes

Roads inside the University is not good.
Mess food is not good. sometimes i can't eat.
There are so many dogs inside the campus.

Placement Experience:

Students that are pursuing their last semester students can sit for the placements. Placement activities of our department is actually good there are many companies will come for campus recruitments and select students.

Likes

The pondicherry University provides a great campus life for every students. They provide good infrastructure facilities inside campus. Well deciplined staffs and security to manage students
They provide enough freedom for the students. The faculties giving maximum support for every students and encourage students for growth in their career
The university provides great infrastructure facilities for the students to attain their goals. The experienced faculties are helping and guiding the students for their studies and growth

Dislikes

The university should provide more number of placement opportunites. The number of placement bring by the university is very less.
In banking technology department, any placements came every students from any departments can be sit for the placements. But other departments are not allowing banking students to sit with their placements
The department should restrict other students from the placements which banking departments brings for their students. Then only the banking departments students gets more chance to got placements.

Placement Experience:

The campus placement are good in our department. But this year very less banks and companies came to select students. A famous bank came in the university and regect all applications of the Banking technology students. Even Banking technology students have no preferrence in the Bank jobs. The heights average pack is 13lakh PA. Only 10% of the students from the department are placed

LIBRARY is well maintained and lot of facilities are here especially reading room and library which is easily accessible to every students silent and good place to study or do ur work without any disturbance
STADIUM is also well maintained by the university in here there is 2 cricket stadium and one football stadium then multi stadium which is for tennis, volleyball and basketball which help to play without any interfere
Gym the university gym is somewhat okay you can enroll for a cheap price for 50 rupees u wont get gym anywere outside our university for that price then the gym will not be that much rush

Dislikes

Transportation bus will be over filled pn morning and evening
Network issue they r providing campus wifi but it is not enough and we cant depenon it

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is good I think in central universities Pondicherry University is well known for their MBA courses and its currently relevant to the market. If we are talking about finance or operations everything is far better the professors also

Campus life, it is an open campus students get more freedom. And faculties are well trained persons. They provides good placement opportunities
Provides free transportation inside the campus

Dislikes

Mess food little wierd. The quality of mess food must have to improve

From fourth semester starts the placements And in third semester provides internship TCS, federal bank, south indian bank, icici preduncial and securities are the major companies visited for the placement

The curriculum of the University was very good.Each year lot of improvements were taking place in various aspects.it will be useful for continuous improvement of students in various level .By adding new things in the syllabus it will be useful for many more improvement at students level

Pondicherry University - Analysis

Likes

Green campus, eco friendly, good transportation facilities
Good faculties, good curriculum, good reading room
Good food, good canteen, affordable fee structures

Dislikes

Limited number of hostels, students coming under spot allotment are not to getting hostels
A lot of political parties like sfi abvp are here
A lot of dogs are here in the campus and they are creating problems to students

From the first semester students are available for the student exchange programme third semester we can sit in placement programs The main companies coming to University of banks like federal Bank Bandhan Bank SBI Bank of America Bank of Baroda South Indian Bank. The average lpa is 4 lakh

I like Pu night life

Likes

It is an old and famous university in india
Providing placement opportunities to the students.

Dislikes

Lack of infrastructure fecilities. Because of poor administration

Placement Experience:

For Data analytics.there are no companies are coming. Only one or 2 companies. The high package is 5lakh. Most of students choose banks for placements.that is sales jobs..more than half of the students will get placed

Pondicherry university campus life

Likes

Campus, staffs, infrastructure are good.
A care for placements is taken and skill are being induced.
Staff are good in lecturing and friendly in doubt clearing

Dislikes

Hostel food is not much good and want to improve the quality of food
Bus availability inside the campus is low and need improvenent.

Placement Experience:

3 semester placements are available Hcl oracle tcs bank of maharastra etc 35000 to 50000 is offered. 90 percentage of students get placements. After getting the degree getting the placement and work in it. They educate for the placement. They are some placement activity hours.

Nice college for a person to fly in the sky as a successful person

The campus atmosphere is so good and it has all we as the students looking for.
The faculty members were so friendly and they will help in a possible way
The management will help in every possible way for the scholarship, placements etc

Placement Experience:

The placements are too good. Many top MNC companies will come there to recruit the persons. Placement calls will be given in the 3rd semester before our final exams. It is definitely a fantastic thing to do. The lowest package will be 3.5 Lakh per annum and the highest would be 4.3 Lakh per annum. Every student will get a placement if they perform well and there us lot of opportunities.

My college experience

Placement Experience:

3 rd semester students can eligible for placements. Most of the companies offer students. Above 10000 packages are given to the students. 50 percent of the students get placement. I have become an entrepreneur.

I Have complited my MBA from Distance in year 2021 but i received mu mark sheet and certificate with wrone name. Insted of my name they have put my father's name. So even after sending mails of like 26 times and sending DD of Rs 1100/- they have not done anything and there is no reply in mail and no one oiks up the call. I am so frustrated and loosing hope. I really dont know when this will be corrected..
