Aspirants seeking admission to 2 year Full-time M.Sc Program should have passed Bachelor’s degree under 10+2+3 pattern of education in Physical, Biological (Biochemistry / Bioinformatics / Biotechnology/ Botany/ Microbiology/ Zoology), Agricultural, Veterinary and Fishery Sciences, Pharmacy, Engineering/ Technology, 4-year B.Sc. (Physician Assistant Course); MBBS/ B.D.S with at least 55% marks from the recognized University.

Likes
- Campus life at PU is great and happening.
- Lush green campus with great sunrise views from the hostel balcony
Dislikes
- Network problem. Wifi connection inside hostel is not good enough
Fees and Financial Aid:
Admission fees along with tuition fees charged was 26000 rupeees. Additional hostel and mess fees of approximately 10k was charged. Hostel accommodation is free for female candidates. Semester 2 - 3.5k Semester 3- 13.5k Semester 4- 13.5k All Msc. Biotechnology students admitted through GAT-B exam receive a monthly fellowship of 5k from DBT, GOVT OF INDIA. Upon completing summer internship DBT provides an additional fellowship based on the tenure of internship.
Likes
- Campus life - one can choose to do whatever they want to do with the freedom, classrooms departments , reading room access is good one
- Cultural events and fests by different departments or inter departmental are good
Dislikes
- Mess food - it was almost the one of most horrible things i came across
- Exchange programs should be encouraged in every department which is limited as of now
Fees and Financial Aid:
Total course fee comes around 40k M.Sc biotechnology is DBT supported program hence per month stipend of 5k is granted for the students of this course Hostel and mess fee comes around the same On campus placements are generally limited people go for research or off campus placements

- Peacefully atmosphere good campus, nature, beautiful
- efficient modern facilities and classroom
Dislikes
- Administration is not working properly and effectively
- Tight schedule for classes and labs for studying
Fees and Financial Aid:
Gat b students all are funded by the dbt India. Perfect month we are getting 5000 scholarship form the two years. All the students coming under This program are getting the scholarship and it is helpful a lot for their financial stability. Tution fee Semester 1 : 25000 Semester 2: 5000 Semester 3 : 20000 Semester 4: 5000 Hostel fee is about 12000 for 154 days
