Well I chose this college mainly for the love and support I have for Anthonys . Also I adapt easily to their ways and rule implementations which of course helps me in my own life as well . I thought of opting for Edmunds too but to be honest I just don't like their ecosystem and how they normalise homosexuality.

I applied in almost all the colleges in Northeast as i am a resident of northeast. I preffered this college due to the location of this college. Also as it is a Central Institute it has some benefits over the normal government colleges.

The reason why I chose this college is that it is the one college that provides psychology as a regular course. Other colleges in my area are self-financing colleges. In fact, I only applied to this college and I was 100% sure that I'll get admitted to the same college. Thank God. Coming to the admission procedures, after my twelfth class, I had to apply to the course and college I wished to study via a centralized allotment process (CAP). When the date of application submission is over, the university will release the applications of students who got admitted to the colleges under it. There are trial, first, second, third, and supplementary allotments.

I applied for other colleges such as Shillong Commerce and St Anthony's College and it was confirmed that I will get admission in Shillong Commerce as long as I paid the fees as for St Anthony's College it was not confirmed.I chose Shillong College instead of the other two because I was sure that I was going to get the admission bin this college and it is also cheaper as compared to the others as it is a government college. I got in one of the college but the other it was not confirmed. The admission is mostly online along with the fees. The students are eligible for this college if they got a 45% or above .There are no exam required for students and the admission went quite smoothly.

Admission process was all done online as well as the results. CUET score was necessary. Students who have come from other states need their CUET scores. There is also some weightage (score) for students who passed under NEHU affiliated colleges.NSS and NCC Sports etc are all relevant and necessary as it gives some weightage during admission.
