Rajiv Gandhi University (RGU), Itanagar was established in the year of 1984 in the state of Arunachal Pradesh. RJU was formerly known as Arunachal University. The University is located at top Rono Hills and campus is spread in 302 acres in land. It is 6.5 km away from the National Highway 52-A and 25 km away from Itanagar, the State capital. The campus is linked with the National Highway by a Dikrong bridge. In the year of 2007, the university converted into a central university as per the notification of the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Govt. of India.

i have applied to two college 1.don bosco and another one in this college DNGC because this college is have better reputation then some other colleges in arunachal pradesh and it's also located in the capital of the state and no i didn't get any rejection from other colleges and admission of the college was done online for the eligibility the student must have to get 50% in english and for the selection the should get higher % other student which applied to the college each department only require 150 to 200 students
I didn't go for other colleges because this college was cheap and affiliated from RGU university
And eligibility first they take government school students then private and their is sports kota also and ncc kota also
Our political department thre no section divided there minimum 800 students
Toilet thre no water to pop only can pee .
Admission:
I just applied only these college here only government college in our near town . other colleges are can't afford by rent . Admission process are easy 45 percent to select.
Another college to apply for 50 Percentage
We have more break time that help to cover our time frame after eating from cafeteria
We have our own campus ground, cafeteria, library under college compus
Dislikes
Need on college conputer under college and infrastructure development
Class room is so small compare to our student population
Washroom need for improve ment most need is girls washroom

Yeah i apply other college in pasighat but due to some financial and long distance place i wouldn't not join at that college i never received any rejection from the other college were i apply the application
Our college has beautiful gardens and nice natural friendly environment.
Staff are good. Very humble and polite. No ragging and every one is equally treated.
Dislikes
I'm a physics student so i would be very grateful if our computer labs are renewd and labs are sufficient with new version of instruments.
Nothing to complain actually,i love my college.
Some times too hot in the class and sometimes the fan does not work.

A always liked my college,and always had a dream to study here. Dera natung government college is the best for science degree in whole Arunachal. Best of best teacher,best faculty,and best facilities,nice environment. Etc.so much fine .nice friends

3) admission process it's just some documents that should be correct and mostly you will be prioritise if u are from same district of the college
College was surrounded by natural environment and it feels so calming and provide some positivity to the mind
Campus life was pretty decent and social interaction were very good because of some events organised by the management

Low quality of infrastructure and not having proper washrooms
Overcrowded area because of so many students
Transportation was not that good that good for private vehicles

I choose this college because of easy accessible by road and low cost compared to others colleges available in the area and admission process was also pretty simple compared to other schools and colleges

The last date to apply for RGU Itanagar is July 25th 2024.
Admission to the courses will be done through the Common University Entrance Test (CUET). CUET PG 2024 registration is likely to start soon. The NTA will conduct CUET PG 2024 from March 11 – 28, 2024. While CUET UG 2024 exam will be held from May 15 to May 31. Students can fill out the application form on the official website
