Likes

Everything was very good teachers are very supportive and helpful and they teach in a good manner and very nicely.
Good in annual technical festival in library range of books always available socialism groups clubs created by students in college sports & extra activities also available for all students to improve study alongwith other activities.
The placement opportunities at my college were quite good, with many students securing job offers from reputable companies through campus placements.

Dislikes

Admission process was very hectic as they were not good management very bad because only thing that they want is more money and students don't care about people bad admission process teaching is very bad
Lots of restriction for our department whenever we want to do something new
The timing of the exams used to in afternoon which made us feel dizzy.

The aspect of the college that I appreciate an and those you felt needed improvement the teacher are very good in teaching skill

Dislikes

Every and overall is good there is nothing bad to say but the teachers should be present on time

Placement Experience:

Actually this college has very good infrastructure like medical room and common room for girls. And indoor game auditorium and a gymnastium. And educational stationary shop. And the canteen food is good and affordable and hygiene level is good. The quality of teaching is way more good as I think about this college the management of academic is sometimes is loose to decide the semester dates.

The instrumentation of the college is good
Multiple instruments are available so that every student gets hand on experience
students are been exposed to various research project which gives them enough amount iof skills since the degree level

Dislikes

The big instruments are available all the time
only one classroom is available hence lot of chaos and no proper time management
Syllabus too much hence not completed on time

The college must develope the infrastucre of the department and make it more comfortable to work. Many facilties are available whch students use and some arent working due to lack of knowledge of students.Wahrooms arent well and the canteens too.

First thing was campus . It was great , everywhere is greenary.Campus was very big, including playgrounds, parks, canteen and many more.
All the faculties were good. College environment was also good .
College have each and every facilities that a student need for.Canteen library,project room, practical room , big classroom everything

Dislikes

Only one thing and that was syllabus . Syllabus should be little small

I had done Master in computer science because nowdays it has a very good market across our country and the whole world.Computer science have really good scope nowdays. In our college we know about latest technology in which we have made our career like machine learning,IOT,AI. Syllabus was too good and updated according to job opportunities

Likes

The college values tradition and culture.
They have several scholarship and freeship schemes
The campus life is something Ruia is known for.

Dislikes

The infrastructure should develop more in the departments.
Several amazing facilities are available but aren't working properly
Washrooms aren't always cleaned properly

Campus was really nice and staff was way good then other colleges
Cultural activities was celebrated everytime which added unity among students

Academics at Bhavans College

Likes

College Environment is very peaceful and serene.
Infrastructure of College is very Lavish also the crowd in college is good
Faculty of college is helpful and also provides information on website

Dislikes

Facilities are not that good example the chemicals and equipments needed for the experiment are rarely available
More classrooms and labs are needed for post graduation batches.
College could provide more practical education rather than only theoretical education

Msc in Animal Physiology gives you knowledge about the living world and their interactions. It's also covers syllabus from CSIR-NET. The curriculum and teaching methods are very interesting. The course opens the door for your career as Professor or Researcher.

CEBS mumbai! An excellent science institute .

Likes

Student teacher ratio was optimum and teachers are great , teachers from BARC,TIFR , ICT and IIT Bombay came to taught us . Basically people who are practising science in that field will be teaching us .
Access to BARC and DAE events. Reseachhers from TIFR also know our college very well thus internship opportunities are always openend for us.
Direct interview for BARC trainning school to become a scientist and work as a researcher there others students from all over India has to give an entrance exam for CEBS and NISER we have oppportunity to directly sit for interview.

Dislikes

50 student per batch are taken every year means student will be less due to which you might get some bad people around you, which will affect you.
to avail sports facilities CEBS student has to go to sports complex from university of mumbai which can be tedious.

Placement Experience:

From 10 sem itself as it is a 5 year Integrated course. usually people go for PhD abroad many of them are in cambridge and oxford and other institutes around the world and some ewitch towards IIMs and Startups. Basically BARC provide job opportunity for 54k permonth and you can always get appraisals after finishing trainning school. I'm planing a Phd abroad in genome editing field.

My happy college life

Likes

Things I liked about my colleges were they provided good study materials and used to take good lectures.
We were engaged in many fests and activities which developed our social interaction
We also had few industrial visits to understand our course and to have a quality time with classmates.

Dislikes

Till the first year, our college was not autonomous
Papers used to delay sometimes during the exams.
The timing of the exams used to in afternoon which made us feel dizzy.

Course Curriculum Overview:

This course gave me hands on training on many lab machines. We learnt in detail about many processes and different subjects. We also had few internships which gave us experience of production lab and the process.

Mumbai University does not offer a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Aviation but you can apply to other colleges such as Vels Institute of Science, Technology and Advanced Studies (VISTAS) Chennai, University Of Petroleum And Energy Studies (UPES), AIMS Institute, etc.
