- Highly qualified Faculty. They are knowledgeable and helpful.
- Sound proof classes for better learning.
- 2 hours of mandatory self practice session in college only.
Dislikes
- Only two lifts so sometimes it gets crowded with other college
- Not enough space in the canteen considering we have a law college and other course students can also come.
- No placements since Indian Classical Music is a filed where you don’t get any placement.
Course Curriculum Overview:
We have a separate subject for stage performance which helps in understanding how to perform and what to perform on stage. Then we have a Technical performance which helps us develop our skills. Then we have a music theory so we can understand what are the things we're singing is called or history of music, instruments, etc.
It prepares us really well.
If we had fewer ragas per sem or more time to give each raga.
1 final exam with Interal Exams throughout the semester.'

College provide so many placements in every field and also good companies and very well pakage also last sem students are eligible for placements and demand of students ofvthis college is good 90% students placements

- Great vibrant campus life, hosts fun interactive events

- Internships should have been encouraged right from the first year
- More extracurricular activities should be nurtured
- Strict attendance and deadlines make it difficult for flexibility in students schedule
Placement Experience:
Placement opportunities are given in the last year of the 4 year course. A semester is dedicated to internships in the last year as well as students are encouraged to intern in an NGO in their penultimate year. Multiple MNC's such as PwC, Walmart etc. visit the college for placement opportunities

- Course was good, but needed more practical exposure in terms of Industry wise knowledge
- The course was a distance program so no engagement with the campus
- The teaching faculty was good and experienced

- A better exam experience was expected for a hassle free experience
- The exam registration fees was unnecessary
- Assignment submission, and checking system was problematic.

Course relevance was 7/10.
New Additions to the course as per the market trends were added, like AI, Chat Gpt case studies were taught to enhance the knowledge. The cousre was structured quite well to provide a complete knowledge.

- The girls to boys ratio is 60:40. The college life is great. You get to interact and network alot. The college timings are nominal especially for the final year students, thus allowing students to go for their internship and work after college.
- Each and every professor is well qualified and are quite helpful. There are permanent faculty and visiting faculties. Most of the visfacs are lawyers and along with theoretical knowledge they give you a sneak peak of the practical work too.
- Law school has its own placement cell which provides internship and recruitment opportunities time to time. The initial 2 years are for BA/BBA and the rest 3 years are reserved for core law subjects followed by specialization subject in final year.
Dislikes
- The campus is the main issue. Mumbai has the parent campus and it does not have its own building because of shortage of the space in Vile Parle. Rest all campuses are sprawled in acres of land.
- They have strict attendance policy and do not even consider exemption for internship or personal work. Many students are debarred from college due to attendance shortage.
Course Curriculum Overview:
5 years back not many law schools used to provide BBALLB course, even many of the top nlus were also not providing this course. I chose Nmims because of this reason. Along with that the life which Mumbai offers you helps in networking and prepares you for the real world. Nmims law school teaches various sujects of law which help students in exploring and choosing the one for them. The infrastructure aspect can be improved along with the attendance policy. Exam timing for mid sem written exam is 60 min for 3 questions each of 5, 5 and 10 marks and for end sem papers it is 120 mins for 5 questions each of 10 marks.

- Most of the faculty is really friendly and qualified
- Lots of clubs, activities and fests all year round for a good social life
- Course structure is extensive and covers everything
Dislikes
- Campus is barely a building, it's just 2 or 3 floors.
- Too many assignments, quizzes and tests; feels like a school
- Attendance is a big issue and they won't let you sit for exams if it is too short
Placement Experience:
Students become eligible for campus placements from the third year. The highest package offered was 7 lakhs pa. Companies like Deloitte, icici bank etc come for placements. You have to have a cgpa of 3.5 and above for placements.

- College ambience Is very good. You will feel like you are in mall. There are air-conditioning facilities in all the classes.
- The faculty is very good. Some of them have taught in many IMS as well. They are also very supportive.
- College canteen is a must. You will feel like you are in a food court.
Dislikes
- It is just one building college. There is no campus.
- Even though HOSTEL facility are available, they are of campus and almost 1 km away from the college.
- The Batch size is too big So teachers do not focus on each student.
Placement Experience:
placements happen after your fourth trimester gets end and mid fifth trimester. A lot of good companies come for MB HR, such as Michael page, Larson and turbo, reliance, Aditya birla capital and many more. Even if you do not get place from college, make sure that you will end up at a good place. Highest package goes to up to 32,00,000.

- I like the crowd of nmims as a lot of people come from business families and i would like to start my business as well
- I like the infrastructure of the college as it is modern
- I like the faculty of the college as they all are very qualified and teach very well
Dislikes
- The management of the college is kind of slow
- The fees is very high of the college as well as the fees of the hostel that is why i did not opt for college hostel
- The attendance system is very strict with 80% minimum attendance rule
Placement Experience:
The average placements of my college is 8 lakh per annum, although I am not planning on taking placements after bachelors, I plan on giving cat examination and then do mba and after that i am planning on to take placements. As I already mentioned that i dont have interest in job after bba i havent checked the companies that come to my college for placements

- Exposure to a lot number of patients so we gain hands on practice
- People are friendly and kind and helpful as well

- Paper checking is very very strict but that is fine.
- The canteen food is not that nice so....
- There should be lomger duration of pre exam leaves
Placement Experience:
After the last i.e. the fourth semester the students get placed into the affiliated nearby hospitals which are renowned of course. All students get 100% placements if they opt for it. I have chosen that option and wish to get placed in mumbai itself

If you attend this college, you'll find that it caters to an expensive, cushy, rich crowd. However, whether or not you actually learn anything will be up to you, as the classes can be quite lax. You'll need to maintain 805 attendance, which is compulsory.
On the bright side, the teachers are good and there are decent placement opportunities, especially when compared to other colleges. There are also various opportunities available, but keep in mind that money talks here, so be prepared to fend for yourself. The course itself is okay, much like most engineering colleges, but the labs and equipment are good and the infrastructure is solid.
Overall, if you choose to attend this college, you'll find that it's like any good engineering college with a higher fee. Just remember to stay focused and take advantage of the resources available to you. With hard work and dedication, you can succeed and thrive in this environment.

What are the reviews for the NMIMS Mumbai hostel for girls and the Sanghavi hostel for MBA girls?

NMIMS hostel facility includes two full-fledged hostels and three rented residential accommodations that are taken care by the university in Mumbai, separately for boys and girls. The students admitted are given preference on a first come first basis; and preference is given to students from outside of Mumbai to the hostel. The girls' hostels are provided with all the modern amenities, good nutritious food and purified drinking water facilities. Most of the rooms are triple sharing and have a separate washroom inside the room. The rooms are big and spacious with box beds. Each bed is provided with a study table, chair, and a personal almirah. The only odd thing is that despite being MBA hostel, it has a curfew.
You cannot get inside the hostel after 11PM unless you have a valid reason with enough proof.
