The students became eligible for campus placements after the second term of the first year, and many companies visited the college for various roles, providing great opportunities for the students.
The campus life is great here, cultural celebrations ,movie nights,and informal gatherings,there various clubs and committes here like voice ,readers and writer and oragnon and many more,the classroom and library infrastructure is top notch
Fee structure is fixed and there is scholarship opportunity for top rankers.

Dislikes

The college is situated outside the Rohtak city and there is no market nearby. Also the transportation to the city was bit of a problem.
Sports infrastructure was not a big focus, gym equipment were outdated and the ground was very poorly maintained.
The hostel rooms were double sharing, they were apt for single person but for two people the rooms were not enough. Also there was space for just one almirah in room we had to share it.

Placement Experience:

Placements in our college is handled by a student driven Placement Committee which coordinates with our Placemnet Office for such activities. Placement is provided by the college for both Summer Internship and Final Placements. Students completing their first three terms become eligible for final placements. According to the released placement data 100% of students receive their final placements with an average package of 16-17 lacs per annum. Profiles are offered in marketing, finance, consulting, business analytics, operations and HR domains.

After the 4th-semester students were eligible for the placement and some of them got the pre-placement offer from where they have done the internships only after the 3rd semester. The highest package offered was of 42 lakh and the average package were 18 lakh

IIM Rohtak: College of future

Placement Experience:

Summer internship opportunities start to come within 4 months of starting the program. Final placement opportunities start to come from the start of 2nd year. The highest package at our time was around ~25-30 Lakhs pa. It should be higher these days. Almost all the students get placement. 5% can face difficulties.

Cordial and collaborative culture at the college. Everyone is ready to help you.
Faculty is very supportive and always available to clear your doubts
Peers are diverse and there's healthy competition

Dislikes

Attitude of the administration is sometimes disheartening
Students are not allowed to leave the campus on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and there is an in time of 10:30 pm

Placement Experience:

There is 100 per cent placement. Everyone gets placed. Most students get placed in reputed companies with decent roles. The placement committee is very professional and works hard to get new companies on campus and get the batch placed for summers and finals as early as possible.

Infrastructure and Facilities in the college
Hostel accommodation is quite good and decent

No single sharing for final year mba students
Mess facility is bad due to increase in students
Course curriculum and subjects can be improved more

Placement Experience:

The college offers good final placement opportunities and the average placement for the pgp12 batch is 16 lakhs and the highest is around 35 lakhs which are quite decent. Big companies like amazon, bain company, etc do come for hiring.

My Experience at IIM

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible from term 4 itself, and the preparations for the same start by the candidates. There were many companies visited like Collegedunia, Coursera, bpcl, BMW, tata, etc and each candidate was placed. The highest package was 32lpa and the average is around 15lpa.

Placement Experience:

The average price for the 2021 batch was 13.7 lakhs. Over 100 organizations, including Bain Capability Network, KPMG, Infosys Consulting, Deloitte, Xiaomi, GamaSec, Infosys Consulting, Capgemini, Diaspark, Phable, Genpact, and others, visited our campus during our placement drive and offered reasonable offers. As part of the curriculum, I was also allowed to gain experience through summer internships. I worked at Amazon for a month and was paid Rs.80,000 per month.

Placement Experience:

The campus ensures that all students are placed in their dream companies. The summer internship placement process begins in July and ends in March of the following year, with students assigned roles and responsibilities based on their field of interest. The SIP will last two months, from April to June. We're talking about the final placement, which begins in July and ends in February. The majority of students land the desired role in their dream company.

Here's what one of IIM Rohtak's students has to say about his two years there.

It all began with Aarambh. Then it just kept going. Classroom exercises, club and committee meetings, management summits, event planning activities, case discussions, last night studies, and sports activities are all part of the program. With so much going on, it's difficult to keep track of the tide.

There were both highs and lows. Those two years were a roller coaster ride of laughs, tears, sweat beads, hugs, and other emotions. It's amazing how a group of (almost) like-minded people transformed from friends to family.

Everyone played a role. Everyone contributed significantly to the batch's ecosystem in some way. Most importantly, everyone made life bearable. Those 20 months instilled in him a sense of responsibility for his job, family, and society as a whole. There were complications. There were disappointments. The journey was not easy. But it was a worthwhile journey, one that changed him for the better.

It has its own residential, lush green 200-acre campus in Management City, Sunaria, which provides the best diversity to recruiters and guarantees 100% placements for the batch. The big four actively recruit there, and it has world-class, digitally smart classrooms. It also has the highest faculty-to-student ratio and the greatest media reach of any CAP institute.

After going through the course of Project Management outline on the internet, it is a decent certificate course. Let me tell you the reason behind making this statement.

Syllabus - They teach everything, from financial analysis, risk management, executions, monitoring, and control. These topics should be well acquainted by a project manager.
Faculty - The sessions are conducted by highly experienced faculty members of the college.
Curriculum - Even after having the same course outline, IIMs stand out due to their unique curriculum.
Peer Learning - Being an executive course, most of the students there have work experience. This becomes an amazing networking opportunity.

The certificate provided is from a reputed institution. It is recognized nationally. As it is an industry-oriented course, you will get several opportunities and it will also add value to your resume. Try to comprehend the concepts in it and use them in your day-to-day life activities.

There are a lot of parameters the answer to this question can be divided into the following points.

Infrastructure: The quality of the infrastructure has grown over the years after a few initial setbacks. As the constructions are new, IIM Rohtak looks larger than life. It has a fully functional sports facility. There are air conditions in the hostel rooms.
Administration: The administrative staff has the final authority for accepting and rejecting a suggestion. The decisions made by them are not always met with enthusiasm by the students, however, but the staff is indeed a strong presence.
Academics: The academics in IIM Rohtak are rigorous only in the first year. Like every other IIM, the pedagogy is centered on application. There is a shortage of faculty and with that, the problem of faculty retention. The courses are taught by visiting professors from other IIMs, from other countries, etc.
Peer group: The campus of IIM Rohtak is diverse and helps in addressing the looking down on women in the corporate world. The people you are mingling with influence you a lot. You will come across very intelligent people in your tenure as a student and also very naïve students.
Placements: The positions offered to the students during placements are sometimes more or less similar to the positions offered by another institute. Roles offered by IIM Rohtak are better than the ones that are offered by other institutes.

The institute is also unfairly associated with Haryana by the locals. For that reason, IIM Rohtak gets negative press. The people are helpful but they can be rude more often than not.
